It is true. Hitting at #4 feels greatly different from hitting at #5.

 

Left-handed batters have a great advantage over right-handed batters because they are one step closer to the 1st base.

 

You might say, "oh, how can being one step closer to the first base make such a big difference?"

 

It does. Because they are one step closer, it gives them a great advantage when it comes to OBP.

 

Some of the greatest leadoff hitters (guys with great OBP) are left handed

From time to time I get a server error and it won't let me open any pages on the board, it usually lasts for 2-5 minutes and then it's back to normal.

Is the site not loading for you on WiFi or are you getting a server error. If it's failing to load ask Admin if he can see if your IP was caught by the server

Not sure what they did last night but were supposed to remove both IPs and even disable the filter. Apprently filter was still on today.

But filter should be removed. No one should be blocked.
