o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted April 5, 2014 Posted April 5, 2014 What is up with the board? A few days in a row now that the forum has been in the shitter. It really feels like a DDos attack... It's only been during the game
Flamingweazel Verified Member Posted April 5, 2014 Posted April 5, 2014 Dickey hits all with 2 k's on 2 terrible pitches.
fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted April 5, 2014 Author Posted April 5, 2014 Bautista and Rasmus are actually good fielders.. Don't waste your time, yesterday he was arguing that Rasmus is a true LF and shouldn't be playing in CF lmao
Doc Verified Member Posted April 5, 2014 Posted April 5, 2014 I hate this review system it's childish
Candy Maldonado Old-Timey Member Posted April 5, 2014 Posted April 5, 2014 wtf the entire plate was available
Flamingweazel Verified Member Posted April 5, 2014 Posted April 5, 2014 DIAF RASMUS WHY WERE YOU PLAYING SHALLOW?? Right guys? Right? Are you a simpleton?? he was where he was supposed to be that was a base hit, not a routine fly. Moron.
Solaxys Old-Timey Member Posted April 5, 2014 Posted April 5, 2014 These replays are destroying the game.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted April 5, 2014 Posted April 5, 2014 That ball was up in the air for so long. Gose would have ran that down. Peter Bourjous would have also ran that down, probably Brett Gardner as well, doesn't matter still because Rasmus plays good enough CF defense.

Abomination Old-Timey Member Posted April 5, 2014 Posted April 5, 2014 Who is in charge of this site? It's almost unuseable, slow with database crashes and errors. I suspect someone is attacking the site, because it doesn't appear that there is enough extra traffic to cause this naturally.
Doc Verified Member Posted April 5, 2014 Posted April 5, 2014 And Rasmus wake the hell up your playing for a contract.
Flamingweazel Verified Member Posted April 5, 2014 Posted April 5, 2014 Jirardi was an idiot for challenging that play.
Anemic0ffense Verified Member Posted April 5, 2014 Posted April 5, 2014 Why I think this "blocking the plate" s*** is f***ing horrible... He was dead on arrival... f*** you Girardi
Solaxys Old-Timey Member Posted April 5, 2014 Posted April 5, 2014 He wasn't blocking it; he had to shift to get the ball - but the plate was wide open for Cerv UNTIL he got the ball at which point he put down his right shin.
fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted April 5, 2014 Author Posted April 5, 2014 Umpire Replay? f*** off
Dylan Old-Timey Member Posted April 5, 2014 Posted April 5, 2014 at least rasmus made contact... dude you're playing for a contract!!
Flamingweazel Verified Member Posted April 5, 2014 Posted April 5, 2014 That is the dumbest rule baseball has ever implemented.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted April 5, 2014 Posted April 5, 2014 Are you a simpleton?? he was where he was supposed to be that was a base hit, not a routine fly. Moron. Are you serious? Since when is a double to the RF-CF wall by a hitter like Cervelli a routine fly out? He was clearly playing shallow against Ellsbury, had that been in the gap you would've been complaining about his positioning allowing him to reach 3rd base.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted April 5, 2014 Posted April 5, 2014 It's silly that that was even an issue. That was about as clean a baseball play as you'll see. It's the Yankees though, you have to try and milk the umpire every once in a while to see how many plays go your way.
saskjayfan Old-Timey Member Posted April 5, 2014 Posted April 5, 2014 Rasmus now 1 for 20. we should dfa him
Dylan Old-Timey Member Posted April 5, 2014 Posted April 5, 2014 Pineda looks good considering he's missed 2 years. If he can stay healthy, huge for the yankees.
Arjun Nimmala Vancouver Canadians - A+ SS It's been slow going at the start of the season for Nimmala, but on Sunday, he was 3-for-5 with his 3rd home run and 3 RBI. Explore Arjun Nimmala News >
