I saw your first comment after John_Havok commented about it. -54! That type of rating is rare for non-trolls. Kershaw is a great pitcher but he seems to have obtained a reputation as a historically significant pitcher that he's yet to deserve.

When all is said and done, the body of work and their peaks will go hand in hand. If Strasburg & Sale can remain healthy then their reps will balloon upward as well.

Something's got to give. Because I can't see any of those guys accepting a BP role.

The 5-man rotation is a myth. The arm of one of them might fall into spring training...Maybe KShaw, nobody know!!

You're right nobody knows. But if they're all relatively healthy, they're not accepting a BP role.

which rotation would you rather have?

1. 2014 Dodgers with tanaka

2. 2013 Tigers Rotation

3. 2011 Phillies Rotation

2011 Phillies, just absurdly talented. They all had great seasons and 4 of them had atrack record as a top pitcher in the game.

See the thing I don't understand is how the dodgers have all this tv money and they jays don't. I mean there is no way their average audience is greater then the jays 540k. Also all 162 games are broadcasted in the local network for the jays and none of there games are played nationally like the dodgers yet the jays still get a piece of that pie. I mean are the dodgers getting that much more money for ads even with a lower audience or is fox just hemorrhaging money for the advertisement and notoriety that comes with broadcasting dodgers games?

That is one of the incentives for Rogers to own the Blue Jays, they get that audience pool which is worth billions for the same price as owning the team.

JFaS' initial Fangraphs comment is now at -127 lol. I don't think I've ever seen a comment obtain such a poor rating.

Well, they say there's no such thing as bad publicity lol

60 new hits to Breaking Blue isn't a bad thing.

I'm waiting for your article, which will put the point on the i.

JFaS is too nice to do this but someone really needs to write an article exposing Dave Cameron as a total fraud (cough, Nox, cough).

People that matter already snicker at him. That's good enough for me.

Thanks! I just found this forum yesterday not sure how I missed it.

That's how I felt when I found this site, though to be fair, it was only a few weeks old at that point.

As for your question about what rotation I'd pick between the '11 Phillies, '13 Tigers and '14 Dodgers (w/Tanaka), I'd take the Tigers easily. That might be the best rotation I've ever seen since I went from casual to hardcore baseball fan.
