This is too extreme though, nobody puts together 6.60 ERAs in this run environment. He's been the worst player in baseball by a fairly wide margin. A three run difference between ERA/xFIP can't simply be luck, something is happening that xFIP fails to account for.

 

What's happening is that JJ is just a flat-out garbage pitcher who's been completely exposed in a real division.
