If the Raptors face the 76ers in the playoffs they will win in 5 and it will be hilarious. The Raptors inexplicably own this team the same way Casey's band of duds in Detroit inexplicably own them. The Raptors were not good offensively at all this game, missing two of their best players and they still came away with the victory.

Raptors -8 today. They were +4 last night so I'm guessing Boston is deciding to rest their entire team lol. Either they like the Raptors in the top 6 as opposed to the Bulls or Cavs or the Raptors are just getting lucky. This was going to be the hardest game left on the schedule now it's one of the easiest. 5-3 clinches being ahead of the Nets in the standings then they just need to be better than the Cavs or the Bulls to avoid the play-in.

Raptors win and take a hard game off the schedule, Cavs win but take an easy game off the schedule. Bulls lose. Overall a great day.

You almost jinxed them tonight, bro?! lol

Live bet the game late in the fourth quarter from +100 to +330. All part of my plan ;)

I say nothing and they do what they did to the Pacers and no chance to score a bet on anything.

Raptors: Wolves, @ Magic, Heat, Hawks, 76ers, Rockets, @ Knicks

Rockets game is the only second game of a back-to-back. Conversely the Heat will have played in Chicago the previous day. Four competitive matches, three easier games.

Cavs: Mavs, @ Hawks, @ Knicks, 76ers, @ Magic, @ Nets, Bucks

Hawks and 76ers games will be second games of back-to-backs. Both very competitive matchups. Nets and Bucks games are also likely going to be competitive matchups jockeying for playoff spots. The only easy games are the Knicks and Magic, both of which are also Raptors opponents.

Bulls: @ Wizards, Clippers, Heat, Bucks, Celtics, Hornets, @ Wolves

The game tomorrow and the Celtics games are second games of back-to-back. And tomorrow's game is the only one against a team not in playoff contention though the Clippers game they should be clear favourites too.

All in all, I like the Raptors chances to finish at least in the 6th spot.

Raps have done well this season after a brutal start, but doubt they get past the first round in the playoffs.

Lakers as of today out of playoff picture. Pretty crazy. If I wasn’t lazy I’d like to be fly on the wall on one of their messenger boards. It’d be interesting to hear the varying opinions of what route to go. James is such a blessing and curse at the same time

Really good game so far. Even the officiating has been pretty good.

Never underestimate referees ability to f*** a game up. There's still time.

VanVleet does not look healthy.

Getting blown by on defence and chucking up bad shots that game.

He's their best player and now that a top 6 spot is secured he should take the last 3 regular season games off.

Someone who likes to point out when they are right is generally someone who isn't right very often. Sorry, I just can't resist doing the Jimcanuck special here.

Probably still aren't going to do much in the playoffs but I consider the downing of the 76ers in round one a championship win. The trust the process losers are still getting owned by the team that won a championship, and recovered from a one year rebuild to be better than them again without having to embarrass themselves with 15 win seasons.

The Vegas win total for the Raptors this season is 36.5. That's looking very juicy. This team isn't going to do f*** all in the playoffs but is still a good regular season team. The east isn't as chumpy as it once was so the Raptors won't rack up the wins against easy opponents like they have in the past but I can still see 45, maybe up to 50 wins.

Damn dude, 50 wins is nuts

Raptors are a pretty bad team this year. I can very easily see them being under 37 wins. They cant score.

Raps are getting nowhere near 50 wins.

If they're a .500 team I consider that a win.

Yeah if the Raptors finish around .500, that would be a major accomplishment. A big reason for the team's regular season success in year's past was Lowry. Now the team is without him, plus have to deal with an injury to Siakam on top of that.

It's going to be a growing year, most likely. The East is probably still bad enough for the Raps to be in the play-in games, but anything beyond that would require a lot of things going right (OG taking the next step, ROY Barnes, etc).

I'm shocked they've had the season they had. The team has been better than the sum of its parts. Nurse is an even better coach than I thought. Edited by Krylian

They had a way better season than I expected.

Barnes ROY, Siakam All NBA, VanVleet is an allstar. Trent Jr took a big step.

Didnt expect all these things to happen, but they did.
