ElNik2013 Old-Timey Member Posted May 19, 2015 Posted May 19, 2015 Nay: 2-4, with a 2B and HR #3 after hitting #2 yesterday. Alford: 3-5 with a 2B and SB #6. DJ Davis: 4-4 with a 2B, SB and CS. Danny Jansen: 2-4, BA slowly climbing toward .200. Pompey: 1-3, 1BB. Burns: 2-4.
BigBounceyBlueBalls Old-Timey Member Posted May 19, 2015 Posted May 19, 2015 So need Norris and Pompey to find the " IT" factor again, soon! Think the later and Castro we may have broken! Damn

BigBounceyBlueBalls Old-Timey Member Posted May 19, 2015 Posted May 19, 2015 Like the things going down on the farm.... Future Hope looking good!

BigBounceyBlueBalls Old-Timey Member Posted May 19, 2015 Posted May 19, 2015 Did the Mlb stints for Pompey and Castro destroy them? Have we found our new Ricky's , so much promise weak charter or minds ? I hope it's just a ruff patch or blip on the road to greatness but fear the later too! Help
BigBounceyBlueBalls Old-Timey Member Posted May 19, 2015 Posted May 19, 2015 Hope so too just with this team, so many examples that prove otherwise! Hope you are right, I am rooting for them we will need em!
BigBounceyBlueBalls Old-Timey Member Posted May 19, 2015 Posted May 19, 2015 Dunedinn Blue Jays! JD or DJ let the debate begin! Lol Never can keep the two straight as to who's is who? Like those two Barnes kids, lol
KingKat Old-Timey Member Posted May 19, 2015 Posted May 19, 2015 Infielder Ryan Schimpf got a save for Buffalo and it wasn't one of those low leverage "long" saves. This was with the team up a run in an extra innings game: http://www.milb.com/multimedia/vpp.jsp?content_id=121742283&sid=t422 Schimpf has been in the system forever it seems.
BigBounceyBlueBalls Old-Timey Member Posted May 20, 2015 Posted May 20, 2015 Oh boy Hoffer, this should be fun!
Nafro Verified Member Posted May 20, 2015 Posted May 20, 2015 Let's go Hoffman! JD over DJ fo sure. Its good to see that DJ Davis seems to be making strides though.

baubau Verified Member Posted May 20, 2015 Posted May 20, 2015 I recall him having a very unorthodox delivery. Have the Jays been trying to change his delivery?
Atothe Old-Timey Member Posted May 20, 2015 Posted May 20, 2015 Hurl how do you have time to visit all these ballparks?
TheHurl Site Manager Posted May 20, 2015 Posted May 20, 2015 Hurl how do you have time to visit all these ballparks? I don't anymore. This was part of my study abroad program at the IMG academy, they gave us in the dugout all you can drink seats at the Threshers game. Prior to returning to school I took 18 months off and that is when I went to several parks (16 I believe). Now I'm broke and still have a year of school to go

When you visit a Dominican Republic stadium you can call me.

fireballW Verified Member Posted May 21, 2015 Posted May 21, 2015 I'm not completely giving up on this season yet, but it is always a sad time of the year when it becomes more interesting to check out the minor league threads than any major league news or scores. Seems like a yearly tradition though.
BigBounceyBlueBalls Old-Timey Member Posted May 21, 2015 Posted May 21, 2015 Yup the Minors always give Hope that the big team may someday be better!
Johnny King Vancouver Canadians - A+ LHP He took the Loss, but the 19-year-old southpaw gave up one run on five hits and a walk in five innings on Wednesday night. Explore Johnny King News >
