I’d like to turn 2 starting pitchers into 1. Or move a starter + hitter for a hitter upgrade. Or even move a SP for a prospect/pick.

If that goofy-looking sack of s*** had put up even a 110 wRC+ my season might have looked a lot different. He’s an absolute black hole. Very happy to be done with him.

Crazy that if you had traded him for anything worthwhile you probably make the playoffs in this league. Cody Bellinger single handedly ruined your DDL season. Himself.

Just this week he'd be be down 9-5 instead of 11-3 if he had a replacement-level OF in Bellinger's spot. The damage that an everyday hitter slashing 170/260/330 does to your offense is basically impossible to overcome.

My god your IL is sad.

 

Yeah, I can't help but think what could've been this season with a bit more good fortune on the injury front. I certainly wouldn't be sweating my bag off this week, that's for sure.

 

If I can sneak into the playoffs, at least I should get Pablo Lopez and Urquidy back next week. But it might be too late.

It's kind of hilarious. I don't think I've ever seen a division quite as mediocre as this one before where the leading team will make the playoffs with a sub .500 record.

At the very least he is an excellent bench piece who can step in to cover injuries for a contender.
