Almost all having the same odds. Maybe slightly higher odds for the lower teams. Using this year's standings.

 

Or maybe something totally different. Reward the performing teams. Just make the draft order by win%, highest to lowest.

Why not? 2020 has been nuts and the standings don't reflect the team talent. 2019 results are closer to true team talent, even now, then 2020 results.

I'd disagree. A lot of talent can change over 1 season.

 

That's why I suggested using all non-playoff teams in the lottery with having almost identical odds. Instead of just using the bottom 5 like usual.
