Maybe it's an Ontario thing. Has Toronto ever had a hockey riot? Have there been any significant junior hockey riots anywhere in Ontario?

 

The last sports-related riot I can dig up in Ontario isn't even truly sports-related. But it is an awesome piece of Toronto trivia.

I was going to post Tragically Hip's Bobcageon in reply to this but then I realized that the riot referenced in the song couldn't actually be Christie Pitts because the Willie Nelson reference is anachronistic.
