    Typical Bluejays. . Blow their load in one game and fail to show up for the next in embarrassing fashion. No hit by the lowly Tigers haha. Ah well lets win the series tomorrow and go into the break with the 3rd wildcard spot.

    Im not sure its necessarily his decision. I mean he could probably say no but being a young ultra competitive athlete like he is, would he ever say no? Even if he knew it wasn't his best option. Im not sure. Either way this is on Atkins.

    How is the panic narrative dumb? If Atkins had developed a single SP outside of Manoah we wouldnt be in this situation. Manoah has spent what most people believe is the minimum amount of time he probably should have spent in the minors. We don't have a farm system with enough pieces to make a huge trade for a SP. We dont have a SP currently in the farm to replace Manoah. We cant sustain bullpen days. Were not in the running for the division and barely keeping pace with the 3rd wildcard spot. Atkins is no doubt feeling the heat. So call up Manoah sooner than he probably should be called up. Thats called panicking bro.

    I thought Ohtani already said that he would prefer to stay on the west coast to be as close to Japan as possible. Isn't that also why the Dodgers did f*** all last offseason when they are usually one of the most active? I think its safe to assume he is going to be a Dodger.

    The only sport that gets away with this is baseball. Even 320 pound offensive lineman in football have to be in crazy good shape. Only in the MLB can you be a fat 300 pounds and still be on a professional sports team.

    Ive been wanting say no matter what Matt Chapman does with his bat he has been an absolute pleasure to watch at 3rd base. The guy makes difficult plays look routine on a regular basis. His defense is best in the league or top 3. Anything he does at the plate is bonus. I hope we can resign him, knowing his agent I highly doubt it though. Which really sucks.

    Well we beat the A's hurray haha. The fact that we have Kooch up for a potential series loss at home against a team on pace to be historically bad kind of sucks though.
