    Teo has a 1.2 OPS in the last 2 weeks and Mariners are 11-1. Moreno has a lot of underlying stats that project he is going to be really good and we have f***ing Kirk

    The most Jays way to lose. Load the bases with 0 outs and only score one run. Their favorite thing to do. Rangers win, Stros about to win. Mariners will destroy Oakland. Its slipping away slowly but surely

    The chances of the pitching being this strong again next year is pretty slim. Its quite comical actually, every time the Jays have ever been good in the last 10 years its because they have an elite offense, but ultimately pitching sinks the team. Now we finally have a playoff caliber pitching staff and the offense decides to f***ing regress from a top 5 unit to bottom half. Next season we will probably be back to raking and s***** pitching.

    hate watching this team blow and choke all over one of the best pitching staffs and overall teams the Jays have ever had is not how I envisioned late August haha. f*** if we miss Atkins better get punted

    I just watched the end of the game. Swanson looks cooked from heavy over usage. Maybe he needs a phantom IL stint when Green comes back and we get a deadline acquisition. That play by Espy at 2nd was absolutely brutal. He needs to go at the trade deadline. Games on the line and he didn't even look into it. So casual. Also why in the world is Mitch White on this roster. Clear case of Atkins having too much pride to admit he f***ed that trade.

    Manoah lots of hard contact, 4 walks and a hit batter. Yet only 3 runs allowed and seemingly a pretty solid outing. Im not convinced he didn't get lucky today. All in all though great win happy to see us avoid the sweep, especially with the Yanks sweeping. Now lets move on from that hell hole and win some games in LA

    Dont have high hopes with Manoah on the mound. But with the Yanks on the verge of sweeping this weekend it would be nice to not get swept. That 4 game lead is evaporating very quickly.

    I love how everyone knows the likelihood of Manoah getting blasted tomorrow is very high and were pretty much punting another game into the sun but yet the FO is going to go ahead and do it anyways

    We getting swept for sure. This has been bad all around. As good as the Jays look at times this season, they seem to be able to match it in the opposite way by looking just as terrible

    Cant say im surprised or think anyone else should be. Thats the Bluejays this season look great for a week or two. Then look terrible for a week or two. Just cause we went on crazy second half runs recently doesnt automatically mean its happening this year. By monday Yanks will be one game back or tied with us again.

    Exactly this. Pulling Kikuchi early everytime he pitches has dick head Atkins and s***** analytics written all over it. Everyone watching the game Schneider included im sure could see that Kuch was dealing and could have went up to 100 last night. But analytics say something else. I would give Schneids a pass there cause he is obviously just following orders. Some of the other decisions last night were pretty egregious though.
