  1. Back to back 90+ win seasons and fire the GM? Ummm, how about f*** no. lol
  2. None unless some team offers way too much for one.
  3. I wonder if Espinal could be any good in the OF? Leave Merrifield as the full time 2B next year and occasional 1B when Vlad needs rest.
  4. I don't see any big changes or trades coming, nor should there be. 92 win team with the best offense in the AL and with plenty of room for internal growth and a good chance at Vladdy and Berrios improving their fWAR totals even if only by a little bit. They'll also have Merrifield for the full season as well. Who on the roster is likely to see a significant decline in fWAR? I don't see any high risk of player regression anywhere. Hopefully they can add a stud starting pitcher via free agency and roll with: Gausman Manoah UFA pitcher (Rodon/Verlander/etc) Berrios Kikuchi/White (battle for #5 starter) Bullpen was improved at the deadline, and there are some young arms ready to compete as well for bullpen duty, plus Pearson and maybe you even move Kikuchi into a high leverage BP role. He was starting to flourish in that role and talk about swing and miss...he's got that in spades. Romano Bass Garcia Cimber Richards Pop Mayza Merryweather Pearson Hernandez Jeunger Zulueta White/Kikuchi Gage Should be able to build a decent bullpen from that list of relievers.
  5. Jays in 2 Guardians in 3 Cardinals in 2 Mets in 3
  6. Had to look at JRam's second half because I swear he had close to 5 fWAR by mid season or so, and he ended up with 5.9 fWAR. He only had a 104 wRC+ since the all star break. Chappy was 130 wRC+ after the AS break.
  7. lol, I dunno but I'm pretty happy with this team the way the Jays front office built it. Chapman included. It's a 91+ win team that's clinched a playoff spot, and that's with a few notable individual underperformances and not really any glaring individual overperformances and they have pretty much everybody on the roster coming back next season except for Stripling, unless they can get him re-signed. s***, last year we had Semien, Ray and Vladdy all with massive career years, and Semien and Ray were pending free agents. Still ended up tying (and maybe beating) last years win total despite nobody really having a career year this year save for Manoah I guess. In a pretty damn good spot IMO.
  8. Jays did a great job of skull f***ing Red Sox pitching all year. Fun to watch.
  9. Rays lose so the Jays 100% won't have to play them in the Trop in the playoffs.
  10. If Moreno can be moved to OF or 2B, I wouldn't trade any of them unless someone absolutely knocks the Jays FO socks off with an offer they can't refuse. I don't see the point. Jays will be a 90+ win team this year, and that's with Vlad only putting up 3~ fWAR and Berrios only putting up 1~ fWAR. I take the over on both of those next season, and the Jays will likely have a much deeper bullpen as well as a way better 4th OF option in Merrifield for the whole season.
  11. f***en Pressly. Get your s*** together f***head
  12. Sorry for the bump, and I know this f***ing moron is banned but.... Hahahaha you f***ing dipshit! Nice thread twat
  13. Yep, that's why I included him.
  14. Ah yes, getting first place in the shittiest division in baseball. Way to go Guardians. They've played just 46 f***ing games against above .500 teams.
  15. Still, the sooner they are officially eliminated from catching the Jays, the better.
  16. f***en Astros couldn't hold the goddamn lead
  17. Hadn't been following the 'spects much lately, just saw that Zulueta pitched the other day in AAA Not a great outing, but nice to see him still healthy at this point and getting yet another promotion. It'll be interesting to watch and see what happens next season with guys like Zulueta, Pearson, Danner, Hernandez and Juenger. All home grown, potentially high end BP arms.
  18. Beauty job bouncing back to win the last two games of this series. Just 9 games left now. Wow
  19. Orioles getting f***ed up by the Tigers. About to fall 6 games back of the Jays
  20. Well that sucks 3 outs away from a crucial sweep only to blow it Damn
  21. Mariners lose!
  22. f***ing Rays and their seeing eye f***ing weak ass grounders f*** that f***ing stupid team
  23. Goddammit lol i jinxed it
