  1. Olerud's constant fellating of the Orioles is becoming gruesome.
  2. I can't believe the Rangers fell this hard. Their run differential was tops in the league around the trade deadline and they added like crazy. Just falling apart. Hopefully they continue to do so for at least another week. Also, of course the Yankees are getting red hot just in time to play us 6 times at the end of the season.
  3. Are guys like Schneider, Clement and Horwitz for real, or are they just riding a hot hand and will plummet back to reality once MLB pitchers figure out and exploit their weaknesses? Look at Espinal for example.
  4. If Jays sweep and the Rangers take 2 of 3 the records would be Texas 78-61 Astros 78-62 Jays 78-62 Don't F this up Jays lol
  5. Houston vs Texas while the Jays play the A's They really need to f***ing sweep them. Like, I mean....come on. Time to get their crap together.
  6. Looking at schedules, recent performance and the fact that the Jays play the Rangers in a 4 game series, the Rangers are our best hope of passing someone.
  7. Man this team really knows how to come through in the clutch hey? Bunch of f***ing idiots
  8. Hmmm, next years team....starting pitching should be strong, especially if Manoah bounces back. 1. Gausman 2. Berrios 3. Kikuchi 4. Bassitt 5. Manoah No depth though, too bad Tiedemann battled injuries this season. It'd be nice if he was busy f***ing up AAA hitters right now. Bullpen should be stellar, as long as a whole bunch of arms don't regress. The only guy they're losing to free agency is Hicks, who they didn't have all year anyways, and he should/could be replaced by Green. Plus there is a s*** ton of depth in the upper minors now too. 1. Romano 2. Green 3. Swanson 4. Mayza 5. Richards 6. Garcia 7. Cabrera 8. Francis 9. Pearson 10. Danner 11. Pop 12. Zulueta 13. Cooke 14. Juenger 15. Burnette 16. Cimber (LOL) 17. White (LOLOL) The defense will take a kick to the junk though if we lose KK, Merrifield and Chapman, which we most likely will. Belt has been one of our better hitters (which is sad), so an already questionable offense may become even more stunted. Kirk, Vladdy, Springer and Varsho could all improve things dramatically by remembering how to hit again. Hopefully Schneider, Barger, Orelvis, Horwitz and Clement can factor in, in some positive way. Not all of them of course, but maybe a couple of them. C - Kirk / Jansen 1B - Vladimir Hosmer 2B - 3B - SS - Bo LF - CF - Varsho RF - Springer DH - Bench - Biggio, Espinal Lots of holes to fill and so many question marks with the position players.
  9. Yeah, as bad as Vlad has been he's still got the 3rd highest wRC+ of all the regular starters at 115. Which is f***ing pathetic for many reasons.
  10. I wonder if Schneider can play 1B
  11. Well the out of town scoreboard can go f*** itself tonight
  12. As s*** as Vlad has been, sadly he's still got the 3rd best wRC+ of all the regular starters. What a joke. Unreal lol
  13. Cleveland and Washington are sub .500, but they aren't complete duds either. We just lost a series 1-2 to Cleveland a couple weeks ago. After that though, the Jays play 9 straight against the three worst teams in MLB, two of which are bordering on historically bad. If they don't win at least 7 of those 9 games, they don't deserve the post season anyways. Hopefully they can go 4-2 in the first 6 games, and then 8-1 in the next 9 for a 12-3 stretch. Would put them at 82-61 with 19 games left.
  14. I really want to believe that this team is going to "feast" on the soft schedule coming up, but won't be the least bit surprised if they completely s*** the bed. It'll be such a shame to waste what has been an amazing season of pitching and defense because of a bunch of underachieving bats that can't hit with RISP to save their lives.
  15. Still getting K's so that's good, just walking too many and getting hit around a bit. Not worried, it was just always awesome to watch him destroy all the hitters they put in front of him.
  16. Tiedemann with another poor outing.
  17. Love it. What a resurgence.
  18. Richards bouncing back from a rough year last year and becoming a high leverage K guy has been a nice surprise.
  19. If Vlad and Manoah were hitting projections the Jays would be ahead of Tampa and right on the Orioles heels. f***ing sucks. One of these years hopefully the team fires on all cylinders and wins 100 games.
  20. Hasn't yimi been solid for about 2-3 months now after a s***** start??
  21. That is one huge MFing win
  22. Jays playing the Os and the Mariners playing the White Sox Ugh Could be quite a ways back in a few days if they don't get their s*** together.
  23. I thought Connor Cooke must be hurt because he hadn't pitched in a couple weeks, but looks like he's been promoted for the 2nd time this season. Pitched an inning for the Bisons today, 1 K 1BB no runs or hits. Green also pitched again, a clean inning with 1 K, must be about time to bring him up to the Jays now.
