  1. Yimi since May 30th: IP - 15.0 K/9 - 9.6 BB/9 - 0.6 HR/9 - 0.6 ERA - 1.20 FIP - 2.42 xFIP - 2.83 Romano, Mayza, Garcia, Green, Swanson, Richards and Pearson is a real solid BP (once Green returns)
  2. Jimmy Burnette had a tough go of it after being promoted to AAA, has settled down very well since June 8th. IP - 15.1 ERA - 2.35 K/9 - 13.50 BB/9 - 3.52 HR/9 - 0.59 WHIP - 0.91 Avg - .151 FIP - 3.19
  3. Brandon Eisert had a terrible start to the season in AAA, but has bounced back nicely since May 20th. IP - 24.0 ERA - 2.25 K/9 - 10.87 BB/9 - 2.62 HR/9 - 0.37 WHIP - 0.83 Avg - .157 FIP - 2.70
  4. It's crazy to look at the standings and see the Jays 5.5 games back of the division lead. Just a couple weeks ago they were 11 back and it.looked insurmountable.
  5. Every time I see that 7-20 vs the division record my blood boils little lol Even a meager 13-14 in the division has the Jays right up there with the Rays and Os A tad frustrating haha
  6. So much in limbo when it comes to SP. If Manoah is fixed and Ryu is still good the Jays don't really need to spend assets on another mid rotation starter like Stroman IMO But if Manoah/Ryu are ineffective then we could certainly use Stroman. I'd rather take a gamble on getting a potential ace though, a guy like Scherzer could possibly dig deep and win a playoff game all by himself. Same with the bullpen, doesn't seem like we really need to add there, especially if Green comes back and is still a stud.
  7. Yankees and Red Sox tied for last place in the AL east Also, they'd be tied for 1st place by 2 games in the Central
  8. Doesn't Scherzer have an opt out after this season? I wouldn't mind giving up a couple sad sack lottery ticket 'specs to bring that old boy in for a stretch run. The Mets aren't going anywhere, they're f***ed.
  9. That's a solid sweep. Jays are rolling minus that horseshit series vs the Red Sox
  10. Jays with another nice win, 11 games over .500 and still we have a moron running loose on the forum like a degenerate douche nozzle
  11. Kikuchi was a monster in the pen last season. If Manoah and Ryu prove to be solid starters moving Kooch to the pen makes the most sense IMO.
  12. I cannot believe we got swept by the f***ing red sox again. Could have really made up some ground in the division.
  13. 21/22 Manoah Ryu Green Pretty good trade deadline acquisitions without giving up prospects haha
  14. Let's say Manoah actually regains his 21/22 form. Then Ryu comes back and is actually....good. Do you run with a 6 man rotation or do you put Kikuchi in the pen like last year, let him dominate again? Imagine if all that happened PLUS Green came back and was his usual effective self. Could go on a run in the second half.
  15. I wonder if they let Orelvis continue to marinate in AA or if they bump him up to AAA soon? He's been mashing for 2 months now.
  16. Hard to decide what the Jays really need, with Manoah potentially working his way back, plus Ryu and Green in the hopper as well. Lots of intriguing BP arms in AA and AAA too, so it's hard to justify spending to bring in another reliever when he might end up being a piece of useless s*** (see: Hand, Brad) It'd be nice to get a power bat that might ignite the rest of the power laying dormant in this line up right now. Not sure who though, or what position you should target. Might be a year to just sit on your hands and not waste assets.
  17. Holy f*** imagine getting swept by the red sox again... Please don't do it Jays
  18. 7-19 vs AL east 38-20 vs the rest
  19. Haha yeah man I just saw. Yikes
  20. Apparently Manoah got f***en hammered in the FCL today. 2 IP, 5 hits, 1 HR, 5 earned, 1 BB, 2 Ks Ooooooooooof Guy might be cooked, i mean...that certainly won't help his confidence. EDIT!! Oooooohhhhhhh damn, he actually kept pitching and got really pummeled. 2.2 IP 10 hits, 11 earned, 2 HR, 2 BB, 3 Ks Good night sweet prince....
  21. Yep, I read somewhere that if the Jays lose today's game the league is canceling the rest of the jays season and making them forfeit the remaining games. Season will be over.
  22. Is Schneider really costing the Jays a significant amount of wins? Honest question. I don't think it's his fault that Vlad, Kirk and Manoah are all fatties that are falling off a cliff career wise, and have cost the Jays probably 4-5 wins already.
  23. The fact that we're even discussing the Twins being in the playoffs is an absolute joke lol C'mon MLB, be better....
