  1. I can't believe the Jays just won a series at the trop with the season on the line! Yeahhhh Jays!
  2. What a f***ing massive win that was!
  3. It'd be nice to add another mid rotation starter for sure. Hopefully Berrios and Kikuchis troubles are behind them, but let's not forget how bad they were last year. Manoah is such a wild card at this point that you certainly can't count on him for anything. Tiedemann should factor in somehow if he stays healthy, but certainly not a sure thing in any way. Schultz seems to have been moved into a reliever role. White has had a resurgence at AAA, but if he provides anything at the MLB level it'll be a surprise bonus IMO. Gausman Berrios Bassitt Kikuchi Manoah White Tiedemann Nobody else is really kicking the door down right now in the minors, need another SP for sure.
  4. Zulu with another good outing today too. 3 K's 0 walks in 1.1 IP Back into the convo for potential MLB high leverage reliever again.
  5. This is still gonna be so tough to get in. Have Cole and King one more time each, plus 6 games vs the f***ing Rays, and let's face it..this team could easily faceplant those 6 games vs the Rays.
  6. Mitch White might be the 5th starter next year, seems to have unlocked something late this season.
  7. I think they are a frustrating team because they should be better and we all know it. So many key core players s***ing the bed on their projections yet somehow they are still in it. This should be a 95+ win team.
  8. Too bad Danner got hurt like that, he looks like a legit reliever option going forward, would have been nice to see him at the MLB level. Between him and Cooke, the Jays might be able to really start to cull the weaker, less consistent and more expensive relievers they have in an already strong bullpen.
  9. I see Zulueta didn't pitch from August 12th to September 3rd but since he's returned he's been much better with the walks, in a small sample size. Was he injured or did they get him to work on something at the development complex?
  10. Man it would be great to get Ramirez finally, but I don't see it.
  11. f*** you mike Ford you fat piece of crap
  12. Olerud's constant fellating of the Orioles is becoming gruesome.
  13. I can't believe the Rangers fell this hard. Their run differential was tops in the league around the trade deadline and they added like crazy. Just falling apart. Hopefully they continue to do so for at least another week. Also, of course the Yankees are getting red hot just in time to play us 6 times at the end of the season.
  14. Are guys like Schneider, Clement and Horwitz for real, or are they just riding a hot hand and will plummet back to reality once MLB pitchers figure out and exploit their weaknesses? Look at Espinal for example.
  15. If Jays sweep and the Rangers take 2 of 3 the records would be Texas 78-61 Astros 78-62 Jays 78-62 Don't F this up Jays lol
  16. Houston vs Texas while the Jays play the A's They really need to f***ing sweep them. Like, I mean....come on. Time to get their crap together.
  17. Looking at schedules, recent performance and the fact that the Jays play the Rangers in a 4 game series, the Rangers are our best hope of passing someone.
  18. Man this team really knows how to come through in the clutch hey? Bunch of f***ing idiots
  19. Hmmm, next years team....starting pitching should be strong, especially if Manoah bounces back. 1. Gausman 2. Berrios 3. Kikuchi 4. Bassitt 5. Manoah No depth though, too bad Tiedemann battled injuries this season. It'd be nice if he was busy f***ing up AAA hitters right now. Bullpen should be stellar, as long as a whole bunch of arms don't regress. The only guy they're losing to free agency is Hicks, who they didn't have all year anyways, and he should/could be replaced by Green. Plus there is a s*** ton of depth in the upper minors now too. 1. Romano 2. Green 3. Swanson 4. Mayza 5. Richards 6. Garcia 7. Cabrera 8. Francis 9. Pearson 10. Danner 11. Pop 12. Zulueta 13. Cooke 14. Juenger 15. Burnette 16. Cimber (LOL) 17. White (LOLOL) The defense will take a kick to the junk though if we lose KK, Merrifield and Chapman, which we most likely will. Belt has been one of our better hitters (which is sad), so an already questionable offense may become even more stunted. Kirk, Vladdy, Springer and Varsho could all improve things dramatically by remembering how to hit again. Hopefully Schneider, Barger, Orelvis, Horwitz and Clement can factor in, in some positive way. Not all of them of course, but maybe a couple of them. C - Kirk / Jansen 1B - Vladimir Hosmer 2B - 3B - SS - Bo LF - CF - Varsho RF - Springer DH - Bench - Biggio, Espinal Lots of holes to fill and so many question marks with the position players.
  20. Yeah, as bad as Vlad has been he's still got the 3rd highest wRC+ of all the regular starters at 115. Which is f***ing pathetic for many reasons.
  21. I wonder if Schneider can play 1B
  22. Well the out of town scoreboard can go f*** itself tonight
