    Impressive start to his MLB career. Good eye at plate, speed, good glove. Scouting reports had him no power. First at bat he hits one of top of wall in left. I always like speed in the outfield. Covers more ground defensively, causes havoc on base paths. Going first to third, advancing on tag ups, etc...

    His bat is coming alive. I seen his wife on tiktok complaining about being traded to only team in foreign country. I never, but I felt like replying you in the major leagues nothing to complain about. Jays are one of riches teams in majors. Came within eyelash of winning World Series last year.

    Vast majority of the time team getting proven major leaguers for prospects get better of the deal. Just look at players we've acquired for prospects? Varland, Berrios, Varsho, Robbie Ray. Very rare those prospects turn into much. The 1 in 10 times they do look at the other 9 trades and gains there

    Gausman gone, if we trade Bieber, Springer, Varsho, Straw, Gimenez. Removes 90 million from payroll. Saves team around 30 million can be used next season.

    Straw and Varsho I would consider moving both. Removes 19 million in salary. We got centerfielder in Gausman trade. Take a two look at him. Play Lukes in center also. See if he can play a few games there

    If Cubs wanted Hoffman he'd been in Gausman deal. I'm on the keep Hoffman side, build great back end of bullpen next year.

    Think ahead, Move enough contracts so we can be under the cap and maybe make a core free agent signing this winter. As most teams be up against cap. Most teams in playoff race can't cut contract
