    Imanaga/Skenes are the two horse race for NL ROY with Yamamoto on the shelf. Luis Gill and Mason Miller seem the current runaway candidates to compete on the AL side.

    Speaking of the Astros, Hunter Brown appears to be back on track after his horrendous start. He's been ace level across his last seven starts and gone at least 6 innings for each of his last five. Starting using his sinker back at the start of May, and clearly it's been part of the recipe to get his season turned around. Something about throwing that particular pitch, seems to be helping him command all of his stuff.

    Well not quite immediate. He had 86 wRC+ in March/April

    Chapman homered for the third game in a row.

    11 for 18 over his last five games, with seven of those being for extra bases. I watched a couple ABs the other night and the eye test matches up, he seems to be seeing the ball really well right now, taking some really tough pitches. One can't help but wonder what it is about the guy, that he can be dialed in and then completely useless at the plate within a short span.

    71 innings across 13 starts and he's still averaging almost two K's per inning, just incredible.
