I get that Florida and San Jose both make out well due to Ottawa's situation, but what I don't see is the highway robbery by San Jose that some are making this out to be.
They essentially sold Boedker for some mid rounds picks and cap space, which is fair given that he's a decent top 9 winger who is slightly overpaid for a couple seasons.
