He still should have gone to second. He still would have had Vladdy at second. He had barely slid into second by the time the first baseman caught it. Dumb play.

Every game is a tightrope with Soriano. Constantly with the baserunners. I don't feel comfortable with this guy on the mound.

Wow did that error ever hurt them 😅 I didn't think Guerrero was capable of hitting a ball like that anymore. I'm not even kidding, I really didn't think he was.

They play baseball almost every day and still the few and far between off days kill me. Good for the team though. Hopefully Spaghetti is up for it. Most important series of the season.

Max has looked a lot better in recent starts outside of the Tampa Bay start...and we all know what happened there. Granted Seattle's offense isn't good, but if he locates he can still give us some quality innings even if today is an outlier, which it likely is. We're going to need it, we are absolutely out of starting options.

I beg to differ. I absolutely would have called Schneider an idiot. You had a lefty-lefty matchup, followed by turning around a power threat to his weakest side even if the lefty gets on. Rogers isn't terrible against left-handed hitters but he's clearly worse against them. The only home runs he's given up I believe have been to lefties. Edit: yes I know he's only given up one home run, but it was to a lefty. I think that's exactly when you make the change. I don't understand why there was so much drama about that move.

For a top pitching prospect in all of baseball, I kind of expected...more. I mean I know we were only okay against him but that's mostly because we suck, especially in early innings where we usually do nothing. I figured he would be more dominant than he was.
