    He's not a lights out closer he never has been. Ultimately I would like to upgrade the closers spot and move him to the 7th or 8th. I've never felt comfortable with him is closer long term.

    Like I said it can't hurt. I'm for it. But he's always been a hit and miss type of pitcher and I put him in the category of hope for the best but don't get your hopes up that he's going to be a major solution for us.

    4BB's in 6 innings? I know he's getting his strikeouts, not enough of a workload to say one way or another. Go ahead and bring him up, can't hurt, but I'm not expecting miracles from him.

    Wonderful to know that there will be yet another sport that prices itself out of regular folks and families. Also nice to know that an even greater percentage of fans that show up to the ballpark will do everything except give a s*** about the game itself. I know, I know, this is what progress is supposed to look like in the modern sporting world. Good business blah blah blah. But I'm allowed to yell at the sky.

    Been saying that since last season. You need swing and miss guys. I knew it would cost us last playoffs and it did, will cost us this year too. The top contenders have them and we really don't have enough of it. At least not to start the season.

    Up and down start. The bookends were rough, middle was good. I think he'll be fine, but he was never going to repeat last year.
