    THANK YOU! I've been saying that all year about the pitching in general. We have one elite arm j Gausman, and then a bunch of good players but not elite. Many of our ERAs are deceptive. It is good, and it's deep in its goodness, and it's certainly not the reason we're having the problems we're having, but people think it's better than it is. The offense? Watching the game today I got excited for the innings that included the middle part of our lineup and had no hope for anybody else, and it's basically the middle of the lineup that ended up coming through. There's no real excitement when the top of our order comes up because we know how disappointing they are.

    How? Dude that's already a terrible list. Terrible! If you go through most teams I guarantee you you could at least think of three or four guys that are better. That's extremely futile for 20 f***ing years.

    Nobody cares about that type of stuff. Generally players go to the highest bidder anyway and teams that are ready to win. Nobody's going to sit there and say well they didn't lock up Bo Bichette therefore I refuse to sign.

    I would not lock him up for the kind of money he'll want. Especially since we need to think about our next window.

    Well it would take a couple of years to rebuild but there's no point holding on to a losing formula. This team ain't it because it doesn't have the horses, not really.

    It's built around Bo and Vlad. That's not a winning combination. Please let somebody else pay these guys. I said early in the season, if you ever made the decision to rebuild you have a lot of assets you can use to quickly turn this thing around. But they're going to choke this window to its death and it will not produce a winner.

    That lefty is a superstar. I wouldn't blame you for not knowing what a superstar looks like if you watched too much of the Blue Jays but that's what one looks like.

    Game time: Since the turn of the century, name the five best Blue Jays to have been drafted, developed and played any sort of significant role for the Blue Jays. Now, how many teams can you think of with a more pathetic list?

    Genesis is a scattergun pitcher. Numbers have looked good but never had my trust in a key spot. This game wasn't going our way anyhow. If it only costs us Genesis and Francis that's okay. Just need a split

    I really hardly ever say anything about the manager because I think people do too much 20/20 ******** on those decisions, but holy s*** it was so obvious he should not have been out there.

    When this current window finally closes and we accomplish nothing, it really will come back to the fact that Guerrero never became the stud he should have.

    I expected it to be a few games before Belt looks good again. Guys always need a few games after a stomach virus to look like themselves again.

    Bassitt doesn't have his A game tonight. It'll be a battle to get 5 out of him.
