  1. That's the way I remembered it the day went down. I keep trying to let go of that trade but I have a feeling that Moreno's not going to let me.
  2. Montgomery always gives them a chance. But do they have enough beyond him is the question.
  3. Siddall saying that the same thing I was saying about Gausman. I don't think he's tipping pitches, I think they just have a good approach. They take anything at the knees. Unless he spots fastballs and offspeed including the splitter they won't be enticed to swing.
  4. Agreed, but they probably won't do s***.
  5. Well in the end it's pretty much the scoreline I expected from the Blue Jays in the postseason. Only give up three or four runs but only score one or two. Well Minnesota broke their streak. You're welcome Minnesota. You deserve it xoxox
  6. Well this is about to be a very feeble looking three at bats.
  7. The guy loves throwing his sweeper so what do the Blue Jays do? Look fastball.
  8. Who the hell is underestimating the home run? I think we all understand that's the biggest problem for this team and the reason they're in trouble.
  9. Swanson is a different pitcher, they might have a different approach, and he threw better pitches early. Could be tipping, but I'm still not convinced.
  10. They are offering at them. He just didn't do enough early in the game to entice them to.
  11. A couple of fastballs at the bottom of the zone and a couple of competitive splitters and he's starting to get some swings
  12. In the first inning his splitter was mostly not competitive, but in this inning he threw a few that were and they weren't swinging. Maybe they have something, or they're just not swinging at anything that starts at the knees and hoping that will be the trick.
  13. This inning he is throwing some good ones though, they're still not swinging. The ones that start in the strike zone and finish just below the knees, you need them to swing at those our it's going to be a big problem
  14. He has to establish the low fastball and he's got to throw a few early strike to ball splitters to establish it. If they're headed for the dirt right out of his hand they're not going to swing.
  15. Did I say the game was over jackass? No I said Gausman looks bad, are you suggesting he hasn't? His splitters were in the dirt not even close to the plate and his fastball command has been off
  16. Most of splitters have been uncompetitive, and his fastball command has been spotty. What's been good about him so far?
  17. Gausman looks pretty terrible so far
