    Well they Heimliched themselves just in time to survive the choke. But it doesn't inspire confidence playing so tight against the f***ing Senators considering the Panthers are next. It could get ugly.

    Nailed it though didn't I? I argued that Thames would be the better player, granted I didn't win that one by a lot but I did win it lol

    Lol. I remember arguing with people on the old board about how much I thought Travis Snider sucked. There was a lot of delusion around him. He had a half decent season for Pittsburgh or something but just watching him at the plate I could tell he wasn't ever going to be special. The ability to run into a fastball from time to time doesn't make one special.

    How many organizations are in a more bleak situation than us? Not only with the payroll and lack of real prospects, but we don't have a ton of assets on the Major League roster with a lot of value especially considering the contracts they have. We have a couple of relievers with value, if Bo hits reasonably well in the next few months he might have value, Gausman and maybe Bassitt. If Max can show us anything in the next couple of months, that could get us a piece. Varsho perhaps. That ain't much value to work with.

    Somebody save this franchise. Please, anybody. AA, we're sorry, Rogers picked the wrong race horse. If you come back we'll throw him and his minions into the lake and never speak of them again. Tear this s*** down to the foundation.

    This is the infuriating thing, this is why I f***ing hated everything that they were doing, because there was no path to success with this Frankenstein team and all they've done is cost us multiple years of spinning our wheels in utter uselessness by not accepting the rebuild sooner. But people wanted their short-term fix and idiots on here kept wanting more pointless signings.

    Toronto needs to put out a search party for Auston Matthews. It would be nice if he could show up for a playoff series. You know, the way superstars are supposed to do.

    John Schneider did not construct this garbage team. He did not put together this garbage bare assed farm system. He did not sign a fake superstar to a half billion dollar contract. I don't care if Schneider gets fired or not, what I care about is that it would be nothing but a distraction while the real culprits continue to oversee the disaster.

    The lack of interest in this GDT on a doubleheader Sunday against the Yankees is telling. Thank goodness for NHL and NBA playoffs helping shield this team.

    I've been calling for the right the forfeit games for years but instead we have to deal with silly s*** like pitching position players or burning an arm for no reason.
