    It's true we can't COMPLETELY discredit the RBI's - but we almost can and should. EE's a streaky hitter and it looks like he's about to get white hot for a few weeks - which he needs to get his offensive numbers back up into the elite department. That said, his contact numbers continue to suggest he's declining. In the end, I think it's too early to judge.

    Jake Wilson of NEW LOWELL Ontario was drafted in the 39th round by the Red Sox. That's hamlet of like 500 people just south of Wasaga Beach where I currently play ball.     Seems like a good time to pump my own tires. I'm very disappointed in Happ. Him and Stro need to revise their approach.

    Pillar is extremely streaky at the plate. He's just cold right now. He'll get red hot at some point and at the end of the year - overall, he'll be below average offensively.

    I'm so happy we don't hear Buck and Tabby talking about how Pillar has hit at every level he's ever played at and how he's going to develop into a good hitter. The downside is - that means it's not happening.
