  1. More importantly the crew for Rangers vs. Jays?
  2. I hate "vetrin presents". Mark Beuhrle should not see another game in any situation again this year. Guy is done.
  3. John Gibbons along with guys like Farrell and Ned Yost prove that even the most incompetent mangers can win when the talent is there. Gibbons has been really bad.
  4. Buehrle concerns me a lot more than Stroman.
  5. Slate Stroman for Buehrle's next start. I'm afraid Buehrle's arm is done.
  6. The man in white is truly a genius. He was able to crack the cipher that their catchers were throwing down in just two games. HAHAHAHA! Jays are now ahead of the O's by 13 games. f*** the O's!!!
  7. To be fair blowing a load on Davis is not a smart idea. Joseph > Weiters and at a fraction of the price. Chen and O'day...meh. Those two guys are replaceable assets.
  8. f*** the O's and their hangout.
  9. One thing missing his spots but you don't purposely pitch Davis outside and let him and his adderall enhanced concentration and tracking abilities to extend those "big and strong" arms over the plate. You attack Davis with low and inside fastballs early in the count, sprinkle in some off speed or even a high fastball. With two strikes you expose the two holes in his swing with the high and inside fastballs and breaking balls in the dirt. The guy strikes out at a 30%+ rate. Why purposely attack his hot zone? That's what Martin did. Little margin of error for Hutch there.
  10. Two GDP with runners in scoring position, trying to attack Davis outside with fastballs (this was some of the worst game calling ever) not once but TWICE. That was the game right there. I guess we can get away with him struggling at the plate but making egregious errors game planing against power hitters like Chris Davis who has two huge holes in his swing we can't afford.
  11. Russell Martin needs to get his s*** together really fast.
  12. Calrp you must feel proud and good. Strong enough to beat the world. With no playoffs in sight this is all you have now...lol
  13. Deciding to pitch Davis away was worse than his at bats....then he decided to strategize that way again...incomprehensible.
  14. He has been terrible for two months now.
  15. Russell and farts having a JP type performance tonight.
  16. Yeah. I don't even remember JP calling a game this bad.
  17. Russell Martin has called a horrific game tonight. Hasn't called a single high and inside fastball on Mr. Adderall. Davis is a easy out if you attack up and in and breaking stuff down in the zone. You can actually throw junk in the dirt and he has a high frequency to swing at it with two strikes.
  18. It's actually the hard sinker that causes problems with the Jays bats.
  19. Mangini DID have say! Tannebaum was even on record saying this.
  20. To the casual fan that is the perception but even Tannebaum admitted Mangini was largely responsible for Darrell Revis as well as Vernon Golston, D'Brickashaw Ferguson, Nick Mangold, and David Harris. That core was awesome and Rex Ryan was the one to credit for their success which was unfortunate.
  21. Mangini's drafts were responsible for two consecutive AFC championship appearances. He was so underrated by the casual football fan.
  22. I'll pass on his 33% strike out rate. Offers no value defensively either. Would be a horrible signing.
  23. There is nothing forward thinking about analytics in baseball anymore. Every single front office in baseball uses them including AA. Advanced metrics were some of the reasons he wanted Donaldson, Martin, Smoak, and Travis as just a few examples this year.
