    The player that is easiest to project because he has been the most consistent throughout his career (as well as the best player) and has the skillset that that is least prone to extended offensive slumps (patience at plate/taking pitches, ability to take walks etc...) I see him being the best outfielder on this team. Pillar is the best defensively but his best skillset is in slight decline and neither Hernandez and Granderson are liabilities on defense so I can't take Pillars one tool as the deciding factor to chose him over Grandy.

    I don't think you can prevent him for testing FA for anything less than 7 years.

    Agree with trading Donaldson this year rather than in 2018. As great as donaldson is I don't want to give him $200mill+ going forward. I might keep Stro, Sanchez and perhaps Osuna. Everyone else can GTFO

    The STEEP decline in Martin and Tulo are the biggest issues going forward. Atleast with Bautista he is gone after the year.

    He has been very good against LH pitching throughout his entire career. Yes, that is his strength.

    Offense is old and tired. Time for a rebuild.

    Russell Martin may be the worst catcher in baseball. Why would you setup on the outside of the plate against Chris Davis? Martin is a bozo. Davis has so many holes in his swing, just don't let him extend. Davis is an easy out. Fastballs up and in and off speed in the dirt.
