    I have limited fantasy experience, but if he's as quality at both jobs as he seems, he'd be like a cheat code in a video game. Maybe add an option on lineup sheets that offers the removal of one position from accumulating offensive numbers and allowing those numbers to scored to a pitching slot for that day's games. Obviously this could only benefit teams with NL pitchers, but it's such a negligible benefit that it wouldn't be worth any thought when building a team... until a dude like Otani comes around. That seems unfair but it's not really because the ideal form of Otoni is a real life cheat code anyway.

    What do his salary prospects in Japan look like? I imagine his concern for hitting will conspicuously vanish when his American paycheck will give him enough money to swim in.

    If that's the case, might as well do the same for every pitcher too. Seems silly to make an Otani exception. Sometimes Hitter MadBum might be a better last minute play for HRs than any stockpiled bench infielders.

    What does everyone think of a Kevin Jepsen signing? Coming off a terrible year, but success in the two prior years. His Ks are down though, so maybe the reaper is already hanging over him.

    There's plenty of technique involved but an ideal outcome if you're a fighter is if your opponent can't get up. It's absolutely about beating the s*** out of each other. It's also somehow the most boring sport I can think of given how exciting it SHOULD be. I can't believe this stuff would sell out arenas if not for the marketing. I've never seen a sport where so many viewers come away blue balled either. At least a basketball or football game is a basketball game or a football game. A huge event UFC match could be over after five minutes of watching two fighters who look like they could punch through brick walls wrestle around on the mat and twist each others' ankles until one gives out. I've seen more people say "that fight sucked" after a big fight than people who whine about a football game not being what they wanted to see.

    I actually like the logo. I have a soft spot for gimmicks that hide letters or negative images in the main logo. Like the FedEx logo, or the Milwaukee Brewer glove, or the Atlanta Falcon 'F' bird. Full disclosure: I didn't realize what the Falcon was until last year. I saw a guy walk by in a Falcon jacket, then it hit me and I almost dropped my coffee. Also, why the f*** is there an NHL team in Vegas? Is there seriously a desire for hockey there? What about, like, Seattle or something?
