    Trumbo was one of the more obnoxious things about 2016. He homered the O's out of so much trouble. They doubled down on DHs and it worked out as well as they could have dreamed.

    His team blew a 3-1 World Series lead, with him getting beat up in one of those losses. I'm fine with however he chooses to express himself, but... maybe tuck tail for a while with the social media wars. Just a suggestion though.

    Starting with the D-Backs ending the Yankee dynasty run in 2001, 11 separate franchises have held a World Series title: Angels Cardinals (2) Cubs D-Backs Giants (3) Red Sox (3) Marlins Phillies Royals White Sox Yankees 18 teams have made at least one WS appearance over the same span (counting the Yankees in 01): Angels Astros Cardinals (4) Cubs D-Backs Giants (4) Indians Red Sox (3) Marlins Mets Phillies (2) Rangers (2) Rays Rockies Royals (2) Tigers (2) White Sox Yankees (3) The first half of this decade was basically dominated by the Giants and Cardinals though.
