I've never hated any of the moves from AA (easy to look back now and complain) but it's mostly the moves he hasn't made that drives me nuts. Like 2 years in a row without acquiring a pitcher to fill our biggest need is.. for lack of a better word, depressing.

He's already pitched more innings than all of last year. 7 of his first 11 games were multi inning games. They've started to back off recently, only 1 or 2 outs his last 3 starts.
