  1. Phantom call on Kobe there...No one even touched him.
  2. 5 months from now.. No one is going to remember this game even a month from now.
  3. Lol Lakers have had like 4 shots tonight where they've had their foot on the 3 point line and only gotten 2 point buckets.
  4. wat. Playoffs aren't in Dec dude..
  5. JV and Ross looked so bad in the last 3 min..Jesus There is making mistakes because of youth and then there is being stupid.
  6. Uh oh. Please don't be hurt JV and Amir.
  7. See.. Raps defence wasn't much different from the first half but Lakers missed 4 jumpshots.
  8. Lakers are also shooting long jumpshots at an unsustainable pace. Raps are missing 3s at an unsustainable pace as well.
  9. Kobe has been a great passer and fining easy shots for the Lakers. JV has been pretty awful on defense and Raps are missing a ton of shots on offence. That said they are still easily in the game and good chance they can come back. Lakers defence is awful Raps just need to execute.
  10. Raps could use Derozan. Offence has been weak so far. Derozan is so good at getting to the line and thats what they need right now.
  11. Kobe being anti-Kobe..Raps defence the last 5 min has been bad.
  12. Hes been pretty good actually passing it so far..
  13. Raps giving way too much respect to Kobe. Why double him? let him shoot contested jumpshots....
  14. I wouldn't get too excited. We both had pretty s***** weeks.
  15. probably like a million. Hed be a great guy to sign on a minor league deal with an invite to ST to see what he has but he will want more than that.
  16. Also has a pretty good chance of being horrible. lol
  17. Hes been pretty bad the last couple of years but was was decent in 2012 and 2011. His defence at 2B has always been bad by the looks of it though.
  18. Im not advocating trading away tons of prospects for these holes but rather saying its pretty dangerous going into the season with the current options at LF and 2B. The offseason is just beginning and AA is on record saying LF and 2B are priorities so I think something happens so we don't have to have this conversation in April.
  19. If its Goins/Izturis it is for sure worse than last year. Izturis was terrible in 2013 and is coming off a major knee surgery while getting scary old. Goins can't hit and will not hit. I am a Travis fan but if he comes to spring training and isn't ready the alternative is garbage. Even with him going into the season as the starting 2B there is a ton of risk there. Projections for rookies aren't the most accurate.
  20. Thats only because of the moves he has made. The 2B situation is almost worse than last year. Izturis is probably a negative player at this point and Goins hits like a pitcher. Travis seems good but huge risk playing a guy who has never been past AA and some scouts aren't even sure if he's a prospect.
  21. History shows if a guy doesn't regain his velocity in the first year coming back from TJS then he probably won't ever get it back. He was a short stint reliever in his 3 innings last year and was topping out at 92.
  22. Yeah but even if you have a 3B who likely plays 150 games why go into the season with Izturis/Goins at 2B? What if Travis doesn't perform in AAA, then what do you do? Its much harder to fix issues like this during the season so you may as well spend some money and get better in the offseason.
  23. I think he saw it as that but tried to say that it was great flexibility. It was still a terrible trade even now.
  24. 6.18 K/9 in AAA. Avg FB velo was 91.1 in his short time with the Jays last year.
