Well, my efforts to reverse-jinx this team into doing something have gone in vain and Tellez is just an actual f***ing pumpkin. Not scoring there doesn't just put you in a hole where you need to score within the next 6 outs, with the heart of your order gone, Chuckles gets to go to Payamps here instead of Castro.

Needed to score here for Chuckles to go to his decent relievers. When Tellez gets put out here, Montoyo will have his excuse to bring in the white flag guys.

Third time through the order and you give him a 1-2-3 on 8 pitches. This game has looked like a loss ever since that Verdugo drive. The Jays only like losing in heartbreaking and haunting ways and the second the Sox scored that ******** run it's felt destined to be.
