Since I apparently can't just delete things without an explanation... I vehemently disagree that "it's time to learn to live with it". I consider that an offside post in this thread because were this a different forum without the "no politics" rule, I would be getting into an argument over this point.
The whole point of the rule is to try and stop long arguments on points that aren't strictly related to baseball, and when my instinct is to argue with a post, it's more constructive in this setting to delete the post (because I'm not special, so if I would argue a point, it stands to reason that others, not necessarily a majority or anything, would also try to start an argument about a post.)
Try to consider that your viewpoint may not be the same as that of everyone else (this is not directed at connorp, but at everyone), and if it COULD possibly start an argument about something not strictly baseball related, please just don't post it.
