Oh there's no doubt he was right and guys like him and Jose nearly always are but there's a limit to how and how much you can argue. Ump choosing a moment like this where it's not close to lay down the law is actually to the Jays benefit. I really think we should be fine with this.
The first time he argued it surprised everyone but he's started making a habit of it. There was a buildup to this. He kept testing the limits. Tossing him in a blowout is probably for the best.
Tulo was arguing a lot. Allowances can be made when the game is tense and frustrations are high but he wasn't going to get any rope here and he should have known that. Not really surprised.
I think the Green Party/May are out to lunch including (maybe even especially) on environmental issue (anti-science bias) but I'm still glad for the diversity of voices in Parliament.
Would be pretty much standard strategy if tomorrow was an off day. Risky strategy in the first game of a three game run. That being said, since I don't love Sanchez in the setup spot anyways, I'm fine with it.
