  1. Different mods operate in different ways. I feel like it's more transparent and honest on the part of the mod to leave the post there. Others would have deleted it. That just comes down to m.o. It has nothing to do with the nature of the post itself.
  2. You can cry all you want but I treated you more than fairly. In fact, you get way more rope than you deserve given what a condescending ******* you often are. Do you know not get that not every poster is going to see through the levels of irony of your post? They just see some ******* getting away with being an ******* because he's in the fantasy leagues or whatever. And yeah when I have to drop everything to deal with the fallout of reported posts, I don't really see it as a harmless joke but rather a case of you being a pain in the ass for no reason. So yes once again kindly f*** off, you selfish prick.
  3. I'd part with Blake Parker (ranked 70th overall in league value) or Matt Albers (ranked 102nd).
  4. I absolutely hate Gibbons tactically but I also highly doubt that there are as many as nine better tactical managers out there. It's varying degrees of bad for the most part. Just look at Maddon in the World Series last year. He's one of the most respected managers in the game and he made Gibby look like a genius.
  5. Look I know that Boxy doesn't really care that Pillar is Jewish (except perhaps in a very broad anti-religious way) but all the people reading the thread aren't going to know that so he gets banned for a few hours for trolling the GDT with his ironic ******** nonsense.
  6. Good offenses go through bad stretches. Is it really necessary to chicken little every time?
  7. Devlin's not great but he mostly sticks to doing straight play by play and I appreciate that.
  8. I'm open to this though my pick is 65 and that might be too late for you. What's annoying is that you turned down pick 110 from me from which you could have at least used to trade up from. I would rather have that than Harris.
  9. Interesting pick. I've talked myself in to and out of Beck at several points in the draft. In previous years, a guy with his upside might have gone in our top 10 but it's a risky profile. Fortunately for you the league has adjusted for that and you're getting him in a spot where he's more than worth the risk.
  10. Gibbers messaged. NJH/Pendleton on deck. P2F in the hole.
  11. That would be nice but Gibby is all about the assigned inning. Likely, Barnes gets the 7th, at least until Sanchy comes back and the roles get re-assigned.
  12. I PM'd him after my pick this morning and messaged him through Yahoo! as well. I'm sending a direct email now.
  13. What's the best way to get in touch with Gibbers?
  14. Gibbers will be up when the clock expires at 00:06 ET, followed by TF and then me and then Gibbers again.
  15. So basically z3R0s is at the lake and off the grid. I don't think he mentioned anything about handing his list to a delegate.
  16. So from what I can tell, Z3R0S has a window expiring in 90 minutes or so.
  17. Seven hours between posts just to get a post about how long it's taking. Yeah this is unusually quiet. Should at least be three pages about donairs to come back to after such a long layoff.
  18. It's just fun when there's a guy like Travis or 2015 Revere in the lineup is all.
  19. Meh. I'm not complaining or anything. It's still a great lineup and there's an awful lot of belly-aching for such a winnable game,
  20. Pretty much this. Travis is probably the best pure contact hitter and when he's injured or struggling, the lineup looks very different.
  21. Is it just me or does the baby blue ChiSox jersey look decent?
  22. He's in the starting mix for the Yankees and he's having an excellent season (ERA, WHIP and K/BB all remarkable actually). His path to keeper status is fairly straight-forward though there's always a chance he'll blow whatever opportunity he gets. Still for a second waiver claim of the season, I'll take that any day. He was someone I wanted to add from day one but he wasn't in the database until now.
