    Yeah he's been surprisingly good. Although with that pen it's not easy to f*** it up.

    I hear ya, all 3 of those teams could have bounce back seasons. But I don't think people realize how good this team actually is. We will need to replace starting pitching but I believe we have the resources to do so. The pieces are there to win 95+ games next year.

    This team is going to kick ass next year. A decent offseason and we will be the favorites to win the AL.

    Gibby didn't give up 5 runs in the first two innings nor did he only score 2 runs for us all game. His moves were s*** and using Lowe was a dumb move that hurts us tomorrow but Gibby isn't why we lost today.

    We will need to add pitching and we will be right in the thick of things.

    Unless he's somehow back for tomorrow afternoon. Whatever is going on though, even if he is available, is he of the right mind to pitch?

    Look, Gibby isn't the reason we lost this game. We were down 3 in the 7th against the Royals bullpen which is almost a guaranteed loss. I woudln't have done it, but Gibby went with Hawkins and Tepera and it blew up in his face. But even then, we scored 2 piddly runs off of Chris Young and company and that is what lost us this game. Where Gibby really f***ed up was using Lowe for multiple innings in a 10 run game. With Cecil out we have 3 RP's and Gibby just burned one. Sure Lowe could go tomorrow but we will see how effective he is. Gibby affecting tomorrow's game is the big f***up here.

    Pennington or Loup would have been better. Now Lowe can't pitch tomorrow.

    Oh my gawd, Lowe is back out to finish the game.

    Well f***ing hell - I thought maybe Gibbons dumb managing may have actually worked out to a degree. Odds of us scoring more than 2 weren't great anyway but we'd at least have fresh Osuna, Lowe, Sanchez for tomorrow. But now he uses Lowe? Why now Gibby? Why not use Lowe in the 7th?

    Hendricks is capable of being a long man, Hawkins is not. And fyi, I thought Gibby was horrible not trying to defend him.

    I wouldn't tinker with it. Let Estrada go Game 5 on his normal rest with the Dickey effect and then ride your best pitchers on the road in Games 6 and 7.
