While I disagree with your opinion on Ryan Goins starting 96 games, I agree and find it shocking that he has gotten so much acknowledgement for his baseball knowledge over the years when most of his posts are of him running his mouth, or flooding the GameDay threads with "CLAP CLAP CLAPs!" -

Yeah remember how people wanted Brandon Wood and Joe Saunders as the main pieces from the Angels as well lol. I recall if the Jays traded Doc to Texas, everyone wanted a package led by Smoak. -

Chris Davis was a forgotten bat when he went to Baltimore for nothing. Don't think Smoak will be as good, though he has the potential to come close to what Davis did in 2012 offensively. -

Smoak was a big time prospect at one time. Not sure he amounts to anything, but definitely worth taking a flier on. Also, he'd be cheaper than Adam Lind next season. -
Yeah I sat in the upper deck couple of years ago like 10 rows about and the court seemed so far away. Basketball courts are smaller so sitting further up definitely impacts view. You can get away sitting in the upper deck for hockey at the ACC, though for basketball I'd rather just watch the game at home or a at bar and drink more affordable beer then sit up high.

Ah that's not bad. Upper deck for basketball is meh - I don't mind watching hockey in the upper deck though I find for basketball you need to be at least in the lower bowl. Still great value there for 20 games. I'm sure you can make some of your money back if you sell your seats for the home opener and against big ticket teams.

Half season packs - so for 20 games? How much did that cost? I wouldn't mind buying a flex pack if it meant a guarantee for playoff seats. Also, I have friends that have season tickets so she's given a presage for seats before they reach the public; however they are crazy expensive.

Speeding and in some of those countries, driving laws aren't as stringent as they are here in Canada and the US. Many rules of the road aren't enforced by the police in some of those countries. When I went to Morocco this past August, there were no painted lines on the road in Marrakech, so the whole lane was free for all. Likely speeding was the cause from the looks of the pictures.

Life is so precious and valuable. Man, I still can't believe it - he was only 22. That's why you have to cherish everyday you wake up in the morning and be thankful. Such a tragedy for OT and his girlfriend - life isn't fair.
