    You just literally beat me to picking him up. Was sitting on the idea last night and I figured why not - was in the middle of making room to activate Peralta and then when I went to search for Wilson he was gone. His numbers have been really solid, outside of the low K rate. Not sure what happens in Detroit though, looks like a mess.

    Every game is so critical now its not even funny. You can't blow games like the one in Seattle on Sunday and can't lose a game like the one against the Phillies on Tuesday.

    Drew is having one of the weirdest seasons ever. Doesn't he like have 13 HR's? Likely can reach 20 though his other overall numbers are awful lol.

    As a fan, I'm surely excited. Though from a baseball perspective given the Jays sitting at .500 at the time of this trade, its a gamble. If the Jays were 55-45 or 59-40, sitting atop of the AL East, I definitely go all in. I think you have to when you're talking about a pitcher like David Price.

    Haha I'll wait until its confirmed before I buy a pair of tickets. I'll be seeing the Jays play the Yankees in NYC this September. After these two trades, that series definitely will be a lot more interesting hopefully I get to see a Price start!

    Yeah I'd like to add another outfielder (Ben Revere would be an ideal fit) and a possible swingman who could start in case if someone in the rotation goes down since the Jays don't have anyone really in AAA right now lol. If you gotta go get Mike Leake, and then move Estrada to the pen, do it!

    Would have preferred giving this type of package last trade deadline for 1.5 years of Price vs. 2 months. Why didn't the Jays then trade for Price when they were 60-51 at the deadline and were only a game back? Imagine having Price for this entire beginning portion of the season, where would this team be now?

    Well if Rogers is willing to dish out the cash, then yes. Though with the Jays 5 year policy, I don't see it happening unless the contract has a huge AAV.
