  1. Joffrey Lupul is coming back tomorrow. He's OTB for any team looking for a solid winger.
  2. If this was after 2013, posters on here would be wanting to trade Sanchez +++ without any hesitation for Bruce. Funny how one year changes things, and most don't even want to touch him. The guy was a legitimate power bat from 2011-2013 with 3 straight 30 + HR seasons, and he's only 27.
  3. Yeah I was only in elementary school when guys like Johnson, Schilling, Pedro, Clemens were at the top of their game. I remember watching them pitch and in video games like Triple Play Baseball lol - I was too young to appreciate their greatness however. Like I knew they were some of the top starters in baseball at the time, though from looking at the advanced stats today, they were all just on another level!
  4. It would have been awesome to play fantasy baseball back in those days Imagine having a stacked rotation of Clemens, Johnson and Schilling! Yikes!
  5. 277 in 2013. Price had 271 this season.
  6. Just came to mind, after reading about the new names on the HOF ballot. Randy Johnson in the day was sick. Do you think we'll ever see a 300 K strikeout season again? If so, who'd be your choice to reach that milestone in a single season? Edit: Last pitchers to have a 300 K season were Johnson and Schilling both in 2002. Over 12 years.
  7. I don't think the Jays are ever going to have bats like EE and Bautista locked up together at such a great value. This is the time to contend, before they start to decline and become FA's. Doubt the Jays luck into two bats like that again.
  8. As a platoon bat who can hit against RHP as a DH and spell time at 1B and C - I'm in favour.

Did you get my text message the other day?
  10. I'd be all over that.
  11. NAME DROP ALERT!!!! jks. I've always been a fan of Fowler - he would be an interesting target from Houston. Love his .OBP skills.
  12. Bernier is finally performing well. Ugh, thought I made a huge mistake taking him as my No. 1 goalie haha

I was at the game tonight - had blues which were quite decent (managed to get them below cost). Detroit outplayed the Leafs the first two periods - though they sucked in the third. I think they only had like 2-3 shots on goal in the third. Bernier was big for the Leafs tonight.

Was at the game tonight. Detroit was awful in the third period - awful turnovers of the puck which lead into two breakaway goals.

He's a great backup big man to have. At least he's physical and tough - couldn't care less if he can't score any baskets.

He's averaging that as well in my NBA 2k15 franchise!
  17. I need to change my avatar quick.
  18. I'd go with Lester. I trust him more over a long term deal.
  19. Faulk, and Kronwall OTB
  20. And Headley won't cost nearly as much.
  21. Dickey is a prima donna. Get rid of him. Needs the dome closed, a personal catcher etc. He's not worth two roster spots.
  22. http://www.mlbtraderumors.com/2014/11/non-tender-candidate-travis-wood.html Don't think Happ will have a lot of trade value as many people are thinking (posters saying trade Happ to the Cubs or Angels etc), especially if someone like Wood becomes available who likely won't cost $6.5M and assets.
  23. I'll trade teams haha
  24. f*** had Bernier on my bench for his start during the week against Boston. Would have won this week ugh.
