  1. Looking to move Avisail Garcia in a package for a starting pitcher. Additionally, could move some veteran bats like Carlos Beltran or Brandon Phillips for a similar valued veteran starting pitcher or closer. Also, if anyone wants to take a flier on a True Cardinal in Randal Grichuk, he's a nice young bat who displayed some pop in the minors and might gain CF eligibility.
  2. I think he'll be a comparable player to Grady Sizemore (in his prime) offensively.
  3. This team has been awful when it comes to adding decent inexpensive FA players or pitchers for depth/insurance purposes in areas of weakness. Its frustrating.
  4. I'm sure he'd sign with the Cards or White Sox in a heartbeat if they came calling during the offseason.
  5. Its those spectacular catches he made back in April which will likely buy him everyday AB's until the ASG.

Wow the Leafs homerism on here makes me want to throw up lol.
  7. I know there are only 9 teams in the CFL, though its funny how the Argos have been the most successful team in Toronto over the last decade or so, winning two Grey Cups (2004 and 2012).

Then he picked the wrong team to sign with. Money definitely talks.

The Leafs need an entire new roster...they never are going win anything with Kessel and Dion. Doesn't matter who is behind the bench.

Oh great, all of the Leafs fans have now awakened and now think this team will make the playoffs next season. People will start hopping back on the Leafs bandwagon and will continue to pay astronomical prices to go watch a hockey game down at the ACC. I hate Leafs fans.
  11. Why would you bring Sanchez back after 98 pitches in the 8th inning in a close game, especially since he's prone to lose it? Then when Hutch is at 98 pitches, they don't even bring him out to pitch the 7th. Ugh.
  12. The Jays need to get a new spring training facility. It's a shithole like you said.
  13. Of course, though sprinklers not placed properly in the outfield shouldn't be causing players to get injured.
  14. Happ was just a 5th starter though...I don't have a problem dealing him especially since he wasn't anything special on an upside bat like Saunders. The Jays needed a LF since Melky left anyways, so it made sense.
  15. WTF is a sprinkler doing in the outfield when the Jays outfielders are shading fly balls?!!! I still trade Happ for Saunders 100x.
  16. Yeah it was in The Show 14. I moved Dickey to the bullpen in June and then he retired after the season lol.
  17. Isn't the hybrid roster out? I downloaded a decent roster with the top spects in the game. I made some changes obviously though it was pretty decent. I couldn't wait so late to start my franchise haha.
  18. In my MLB the Show simulation of the 2015 season, Dickey crashes and burns.
  19. Yeah at the time of our deal, many people weren't that high on the arms I moved (Odorizzi & Heaney). Seems like now Odorizzi has taken that next step forward, and Heaney has been pitching well down in the minors & is on verge of a callup soon. I obviously still prefer Marte, though the deal wasn't as lopsided as many people made it out to be.
  20. Everyone was saying Odorizzi was nothing special when I moved him in a deal for Marte before the season. Funny how things have changed.
  21. I can't believe I've been No. 1 in the PRs for two weeks in a row. Currently sitting 3rd in my division and 10th overall though ugh.
  22. HanRam has also produced a negative WAR so far (-0.1)
  23. Averaging close to 7 BB/9 is unacceptable, even for a 22-year-old starting pitcher. He needs to be demoted - he clearly is not ready for pitching out of a big league rotation yet.
  24. Sanchez has been awful this season! When you're averaging close to 7 BB/9 - its unacceptable for any pitcher regardless if they're 22 or 28.
