If Donald Trump is the reason why Kawhi stays in Canada, even Dinger will praise Trump and wear a MAGA hat lol.
  2. Just devastating. Only 27-years-old! Thoughts and prayers with his family and close friends and the Angels Organization. Really puts things into perspective. Enjoy everyday as its your last. Enjoy everyday with your family and friends. Cherish those moments.

Yeah I've been watching some US basketball media as well and they just love fapping all over the Lakers. Most on ESPN have the Lakers winning in 2019/2020 without even have fielded a full team yet lol.

Yeah but do you really think they believe that? I don't believe it one bit. The Lakers are still LeBron's team. AD and KL are the secondary pieces.

I don't think the Clippers could offer Leonard a load management strategy like the Raptors have and sit him for 15-20 games. Raptors last season proved they could do that and they still came in second place in the Eastern Conference.

Pretty much he replaces Marleau at a fraction of the cost. Nice signing.

Would be cool to see Leonard announce he's resigning with the Raptors on Canada Day. I would like to see the Raps target Kelly Oubre Jr., Seth Curry and it would be cool to bring back Vince Carter for his last season.

Can the Raptors afford Durant? I think next season will be tough, but once guys like Ibaka, Gasol and Lowry are off the books the following season, I think they would be able to squeeze him and Leonard in.

Raps should sign KD as well if they could. KD loved watching Vince Carter when he grew up and the Raptors were one of his favourite teams. The Raptors could be a perfect match for KD from a health standpoint - the Raptors did such a great job with Leonard keeping him healthy and offering him load management. Even when KD comes back, Raps could just play him 50-60 games of the regular season and still make the playoffs either as the No. 1 or 2 seed. Raptors just won a championship and with a healthy KD and Leonard in Toronto, they could likely win multiple championships over the next 4-5 years. Raps have a lot of money coming off the books after 2019/2020 with Lowry, Gasol and Ibaka as free agents. I'm sure Gasol or Ibaka would take less money to stay with the Raptors if they have both Leonard and Durant. Lowry might resign for another 1-2 year deal as well if he's healthy.
  10. Other catchers like Molina and Mauer hit the wall as well offensively around the same age. Catchers don't age well at all. After 30, time to cut bait.
  11. I think its safe to say Buster Posey is droppable in any 20-team dynasty leagues.
  12. Gallegos has been good this season with the Cards, but yeah awful move by Mozeliak. Gave up a lot of valuable pieces.

  16. The Pirates will pick up Aaron Sanchez after the Blue Jays are done with him and he'll become good again. Just watch!
  17. With all the mileage on his arm, he's probably closer to being like 34-35.

Liberals don't even have enough seats to be an official opposition. It's all because of her lol.
  19. There was some hype around Puello as a prospect I remember. We've seen a lot of hitters have late breakouts before, and he had the pedigree for one possibly. Jays should pick him up ASAP.

Was at the game last night! The atmosphere was electric in that 4th quarter!!! Definitely have to put it in my Top 5 Toronto sporting events I've ever attended thus far along with these ones: - East Semifinals Game 7 Raptors vs. 76ers - ALDS Game 5 Rangers vs. Blue Jays - Grey Cup 2017 Argos vs. Stampeders - 2016 AL Wildcard Orioles vs. Blue Jays Other considerable mentions: 2009 WBC Canada vs. USA (never experienced an atmosphere like that for a baseball game at the Dome before since most Jays games after their 92/93 World Series weren't that meaningful prior to 2015); 2009 Yankees vs. Blue Jays - AJ Burnett vs. Roy Halladay (felt like a postseason game in the month of May). I was too young back in 92/93 so never went to any of the Jays postseason games though I would put the 93 World Series Joe Carter walk-off HR up there obviously if I attended lol.

This is why it might be the best opportunity/window the Raps ever have in the NBA Finals against a team like Golden State if they make it. Need to take advantage!

They needed a convincing win last night to make a statement, and they did just that. I was so impressed with the way they played throughout the entire game. I'm actually pretty confident in this team going back to Milwaukee and possibly winning Game 5 if they play the way they did last night. Momentum is on the Raps side now IMO. Milwaukee is the team under pressure right now.

Gasol was a beast last night. The Raps need this Gasol to show up every night, not the one from Game 1 and 2.
