Rios had some solid years for the Jays and went on to have a couple decent years with Chicago. He never became an elite superstar guy but still was solid. Even after the 2007 season, the Giants were close to trading Tim Lincecum for him.
McGowan had a solid year in 2007 and 2008 before getting injuries derailed his career. Injuries were even a problem when he was coming up I believe.
Morrow gave the Jays 2-3 solid seasons. Sure we never saw a fully healthy Morrow, but when he was pitching he was great.
Hinske sucked after his 2002 season. Not sure he was highly touted when he came up, so maybe just had a fluke 2002 season.
