    Agreed, I don't see any reason he comes up unless there's an injury. He has options and we have many holes next year.

    Leader has 5, Jays now have two guys at 4. Bichette and their 1B who's name escapes me.

    I don't know how to paste images, and I'm old so I refuse to learn. Carrera, Donaldson, EE, Saunders, Martin, Tulo, Smoak, Pillar, Travis. Stroman. You can figure out who's playing where. Won't be catching this one, heading out at 4am for some backpacking in Algonquin.

    Francisco Rios has probably put his name on the map as well. Of everyone mentioned I'd be most inclined to not move SRF, Tellez and Rios. Pompey, Alford, Greene, Harris, Perdormo if it means keeping the other three.

    As a one for one deal I like this for both teams. I have no concerns about Pomeranz velocity as he's missing bats, I do have concerns about his shoulder and him not really being a starter recently.

    Apparently the three Bs (Barker, Bobcat and Blair) are saying the Jays should trade Bautista to the Dodgers for Puig + +. I honestly don't know how these three are employed to talk about baseball or sports in general when the eggs in my fridge have a better grasp on reality.

    If Bichette makes it to Lansing to open next season that's huge, he'd be 18 to start the season or just turning 19.

    Tepera really frustrates me. He has solid peripherals in AAA but can't seem to do s*** once he gets to Toronto. I'm really hoping we see Barnes, Rowen and Dermody (Dermondy?) come September if not before hand, all are doing really well this year and we do have waste of the 40 man.

    Nick Castellanos amuses me, has super tight lower pant legs in the sock and then he has f***ing MC Hammer or RCMP pants on the upper half. Nice play Lake.

    At 6'3" 215 most guys probably could safely wear a size L shirt. I'm 6'1" 250 and only need an XL for shoulder width, nothing else. A lot of people tend to wear shirts too large.

    One big thing, especial in T shirts, is that people wear a size larger than they actually are because they did it as kids. I need to wear XL because of my shoulders, and post lifting I can't actually get my arms into the sleeves on a large shirt. I've been wondering if more suburban communities are inherently less healthy communities (in general) because you can't simply walk somewhere for a meal, or a coffee or for groceries, you quite literally need to drive to stores. I have a grocery store about 3.3km away that I try and walk to at least once a week for groceries as my job is rather sedentary.

    If he comes cheap enough is EE being at 1B, Jose in RF and Bruce at DH and improvement on EE at DH, Smoak at 1B and JB in RF? We also could use "outfield" depth next season.

    He's always claimed that if he decided to hit .220 he could probably hit 40 home runs.

    Bonds predicts that if Ichiro was in the HR Derby he'd win. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1JR8_TUnSU0 I for one would like to see Ichiro in the Derby, he's always been rumoured to hit bombs in BP constantly.

    If you could move Bautista for a prospect that might be worth more than a supplemental first round pick it's probably worth it. Bautista's basically on pace for a 1.5-2 win season, his bat while good hasn't been elite this year and his defense is horrendous at this point. I don't think Carrera is an answer for even this season, and with Pompey being so damn injury prone this season you probably can't really afford to move him because you have no clear replacement.

    He can't play in the playoffs, what is the point of rostering him this season?

    I'm inclined to give it to Rowdy because we haven't developed a good offensive prospect in a really long time and the only one that may have been solid (Snider) was rushed and then hampered with wrist injuries.

    He should be kept in AAA for depth for next season, he can't play in the playoffs so there's no point in rostering him for 2016. We have some holes next year in LF, RF, 1B, DH and Cola could cheaply fill one potentially (though I don't believe in his bat at all).
