Haven't had a chance to catch any of the game on TV yet, how's Sanchez look? I noticed it looks a lot like last start with the walks being up a bit and very limited Ks.
Had a splint on his hand the last game he played, I'd rather he rest up and get healthy before September and the potential playoffs myself. Though I do take it as a good sign that Goins was option and Travis wasn't DLd or Loup not optioned which means he's likely healthy enough to play in a pinch.
Like most prospects not often but some big names that had a lot of success are Matt Stairs, Bobby Bonilla, Dan Quisenberry, Darren O'Day, Larry Walker, Brandon Beachy, Jeremy Accardo.
If you're lifting heavy and not squatting and deadlifting heavier than you're benching you're doing it wrong. Squats and deadlifts will do this, overhead press will as well.
Guys who lift heavy tend to build up a lot of muscle in their belly area and unless you're super cut (sub 10% body fat or so) you'll look like you've got a bit of a beer belly.
Employer flew me down for a few games which was great, otherwise it would've been zero. Haven't done a trip to see my family in Kitchener this summer and paying for a wedding and other expenses has killed my disposable income. Generally came down for 10-15.
I'm really impressed with how this worked out. Prices for buyers were apparently through the roof. We added an alright RP in Feldman, a SP in AAA with potential in Bolsinger for a player who was going to be DFAd, Upton, Benoit for Storen who was DFAd and Liriano and two solid prospects while realistically only giving up Hutch and prospects so far out that they're not really worth noting.
He had a three or four week stretch where everything was north of 5 IIRC. He's had an odd season, in something like 20 starts 8 were horrible, 8 were great and 2 were mixed bags of balls.
