  1. No but I also don't see said package acquiring one Trout.
  2. I'd be sad to see SRF, Vlad Jr, Alford, Pompey, Tellez and Rios moved.
  3. Haven't had a chance to catch any of the game on TV yet, how's Sanchez look? I noticed it looks a lot like last start with the walks being up a bit and very limited Ks.
  4. I wonder if maybe Tinnish originally scouted Tebow all those years ago and requested it.
  5. Had a splint on his hand the last game he played, I'd rather he rest up and get healthy before September and the potential playoffs myself. Though I do take it as a good sign that Goins was option and Travis wasn't DLd or Loup not optioned which means he's likely healthy enough to play in a pinch.
  6. Travis Donaldson Bautista - DH EE - 1B Tulo Martin Saunders Upton Pillar
  7. I think both had been playing relatively high level hockey so they were just ignored because of that.
  8. Like most prospects not often but some big names that had a lot of success are Matt Stairs, Bobby Bonilla, Dan Quisenberry, Darren O'Day, Larry Walker, Brandon Beachy, Jeremy Accardo.
  9. Since June 1st Votto has a .500 OBP and a 190 wRC+, he's literally been on base 50% of his plate appearances. Stoeten is a f***ing moron.
  10. I'm guessing Rios went to the pen for inning reasons? He's ~15 innings off doubling last seasons total.
  11. If you're lifting heavy and not squatting and deadlifting heavier than you're benching you're doing it wrong. Squats and deadlifts will do this, overhead press will as well.
  12. Guys who lift heavy tend to build up a lot of muscle in their belly area and unless you're super cut (sub 10% body fat or so) you'll look like you've got a bit of a beer belly.
  13. The day I never see Ryan Goins in a Jays uniform again is a happy day. I'd like to see him in Baltimore, he seems like a Showalter kind of guy.
  14. Employer flew me down for a few games which was great, otherwise it would've been zero. Haven't done a trip to see my family in Kitchener this summer and paying for a wedding and other expenses has killed my disposable income. Generally came down for 10-15.
  15. Trumbo's second half collapse has been as expected, 22 wRC+ since July 15th.
  16. 3 fWAR/30 starts for DeSclafani is a pretty solid pitcher.
  17. I'm on mobile so the video is relatively small but was the first pitch not from a lefty?
  18. Huh, I thought Urena was a switch hitter. Still listed that way on MiLB.com
  19. Watching Barnes I got a comparable delivery and throwing motion to Stroman circa 2014, a lot of that up and down without going too much side to side.
  20. Schultz and Goins optioned to make room.
  21. Was probably dropped yesterday for HarRAm.
  22. Colabello was designated from the 25 man, he's still on the 40.
  23. I'm really impressed with how this worked out. Prices for buyers were apparently through the roof. We added an alright RP in Feldman, a SP in AAA with potential in Bolsinger for a player who was going to be DFAd, Upton, Benoit for Storen who was DFAd and Liriano and two solid prospects while realistically only giving up Hutch and prospects so far out that they're not really worth noting.
  24. He had a three or four week stretch where everything was north of 5 IIRC. He's had an odd season, in something like 20 starts 8 were horrible, 8 were great and 2 were mixed bags of balls.
  25. He's been bad since that concussion he had in 2011 I think it was.
