    If we did take Happ and full salary I'd want something similar to what we got for Liriano which at the time was Pittsburgh's 5th and 16th best prospects in return. This would be something like Clarke Schmidt and Trevor Stephan. I'd do that without a complaint.

    I find it absolutely infuriating to see people doing s*** like throwing animals, they can't defend themselves. My understanding when I read this a week or two ago was for people that suffer domestic violence they tend to reach out if they ever do via a 3rd party. So the cat story is more of Dyson's girlfriend using the cat to say that Dyson is likely abusing her as well and it's a cry for help. If you have anger issues do yourself a favour and seek help, it's not healthy to irrationally lash out.

    I'd love to try Villar if we get him in CF. Yes he makes sense as a super utility but if you can get him in CF and he's average that's an even more legit piece than he already is. Could be a good buy low extension candidate as well, as it is his walk year.

    I honestly do not mind the name calling but recently Boxy's posts in particular have just been a scroll by and ignore, they've literally done nothing to contribute to any discussion. Name calling has been a staple since this board was on the Jays website forums and I hope it stays as long as it contributes to something.

    I haven't really paid attention to the Diamond Backs but would move LGJ for Luke Weaver or Zac Gallen instantly with no regrets. I think finding either internally or externally a passable LF is going to be easier than finding an under control arm that may project in the mid to front of a rotation. Only reason I mention Arizona is because IIRC they could use OF help.

    BTS I think they legitimately approached Stroman's agent and asked for a ballpark figure, got something like 15M + season and they don't value Stroman at that and just walked right away.

    Ryan Borucki to see Dr. James Andrews for a consultation on his elbow. I know he had TJS once before but IIRC he had another elbow issue prior to this one as well did he not?

    Home runs in AAA are up a lot higher than 40%, they've hit 700+ more home runs this season at this time than they did all last season.

    I'm an 8. I'm probably a lot higher than SRW than I should be especially considering his age and he's a pitching prospect, I think Kay ends up as a decent piece and I feel like the trade market for large buys is done as prospects are so heavily valued by teams now especially if you're not trading for top end pitching and you're getting a mid rotation arm. I don't care about the Sanchez trade, I've thought Biagini and Sanchez were potential DFA candidates this winter to free up 40 man spots for guys we have who need to be added to the 40 man roster. Fisher is a decent add, I question whether he ever becomes more than a 4th OF but he has plus raw and speed and can actually play CF which outside of Alford and Davis we don't have on the 40. The other pieces we moved are to be expected and generally solid moves.
