Not that there's ever a good time for your starter to suck, but damn this is about the worst time. A f***ing lineup full of sub .600 OPS guys are making Ray look like a little leaguer.

Pitcher is not decent, he's actually pretty terrible. Problem is so far the Jays are ... just missing. Teo just missed, Lamb just missed.... that could have been a tie game right there. Ump is basically calling them with a very tight inside/outside, so Jays gotta lay off that hsit and let him throw more pitches rather than hacking at everythign borderline.

At league minimum, there are 29 teams that would trip over themselves to bring in Bauer. He only chokes in the bedroom, not on the mound.

Yeah you're probably right. So he gets to spend months on admin leave missing games, then might get suspended later for even more, where his salary still gets paid by Dodgers but rather than being paid to him, it goes to wherever suspended player's salary goes. Just feels kinda weird to know that he could be suspended for "insert random #" of games to start next season, when he's already missed 62 so far, and will miss another 21 before the season is over.

Part of the reason you are experiencing this is likely that your body has temporarily entered ketosis and has started burning ketones for energy rather than carbs. The brain runs extremely well on ketones, and the body produces the small amounts of sugar that it needs.

Cardio isn't the best way to lose weight in any case. Lean muscle building is far more beneficial. Adding lean muscle and doing high intensity short workouts are shown to boost your resting metabolic rate far better than cardio, and boosting the resting matabolic rate is mucho bueno for weight loss. Essentially, unless you're training to become a marathon runner or some other thing that requires excellent cardio, it's not that useful. Yes, you will lose some weight doing nothing but cardio, but eventually your resting metabolic rate keeps slowing down and you see very diminished results.
