Doubtful Teoscar is worth 4 wins next year. Yes it is very unlikely the Jays sign someone for 1/13 worth 4 WAR. More realistic is they brought in a 1 WAR reliever and have x million to address the outfield and improve the defense. I said earlier the Mariners moved a good BP arm and a good prospect so that they don’t have to commit to 5 years of a corner OF.
