    New mechanics helped Bautista's approach a lot. The things aren't entirely distinct. Mechanics can help a player's rhythm and timing, which can help him be ready to hit, see the ball better, recognize pitches, understand which areas he can and cannot attack, etc.

    Well if you want to sit on Lee you could wait until the clock starts to tick and hope he gets added, I guess. Judging from past cases though, Yahoo wont add him any time soon. edit: Actually, nvm. We need to say the draft has already started and freeze the player pool.

    Eligibility refresher: - International prospects/players that were not subject to spending caps are eligible if they were in Yahoo's system at the start of the draft. - International prospects/players that were subject to spending caps are not eligible for the waiver draft. - Domestic prospects that played in AA or higher at any point last year are eligible, if they were in Yahoo's system at the start of the draft.

    Best to just say Lee is not eligible. It's even possible that he goes to AAA since Seattle has Lind, Cruz, Montero (no options). Could be like June when Lee is finally called up and added to Yahoo.

    Could just let him be chosen via place-holder player but we have been using an express rule that says players have to be in the Yahoo system

    Thehurl, who no longer has 83, which is one of the unclaimed picks. Did you mean to give KK 83 but it was mistyped as 103 on your list? That might make sense.

    I'll just give you and dinger two picks at the very end and then delete 40 and 83 and call it a day. Sound good?

    It's possible, but the paper trail is fuzzy since those unclaimed picks aren't one of TCA's native slots. He has five picks in either event so kind of immaterial.

    Since nobody seems to have a claim on picks 40 or 83 they will just evaporate. I figured out that Sammy was supposed to have 99 so he has five picks now. The only two without five waiver picks are Dinger and KK. The draft can start whenever, bts. Just post picks in the proboards thread.
