You can basically prove/deduce/infer from the current public record that she did not suffer a skull fracture and in fact suffered no injuries other than the superficial kind that you would expect from being slapped, choked out, etc.
Note how the comments by her lawyer never say she had a skull fracture. This is because she didn't have one. Any reasonable person can conclude this by recognizing that if she did have a skull fracture that FACT would be bolded and highlighted in the releases.
Instead we get this vague reference to an initial medical report saying there were signs of a possible basal skull fracture. Lawyer probably saw that note and decided that it sounded juicy.
All that the public story says at this point is that she had an acute head injury. That could literally mean a swollen cheek and split lip.
