  1. From now until the All Star break: 1x Boston (29-42) 3x Cubs (39-36) 3x Astros (35-41) 4x Texas (35-38) 3x Mets (33-41) (one off day) 3x Seattle (38-37) 3x Giants (31-43) A few bad teams in here and a few teams around .500 with fanbases about as frustrated as Toronto's, for various reasons. Win every series. 13-7 in this stretch and the Jays go into the break 49-45
  2. Yankees seem likely to run away with the division but they may have playoff rotation questions Cole and Rodon both look kind of pedestrian. Warren got blown up last postseason. Weathers is doing classic Ryan Weathers, good/bad things. Fried injured, big question mark. Only Schlitter is totally scary. I wouldn't be surprised if they start Cole/Friend/Rodon in the ALDS and they get blown up.
  3. Sean Keys is the next Ben Rice!
  4. Cease and Yesavage in the same rotation can be a tough watch ngl Gonna be a LOT of 109 pitch 5 inning affairs Sigh
  5. Blue Jays fans on Twitter need to make their own campaign to vote for BEN RICE or NICK KURTZ for the All Star Game. Guerrero deserves NEGATIVE votes. There needs to be an anti-all star game. The All Bums game.
  6. Need to sweep and go on a run. The clock is ticking.
  7. June 16, 2026 Buffalo Bisons sent LHP Ricky Tiedemann on a rehab assignment to FCL Blue Jays.
  8. Braydon Fisher lost some of his stuff. 2025 to 2026 Fastball has always sucked (79 --> 76) Curveball cratered (113 --> 95) Slider backed up a lot (131 --> 113) I don't know why the changes seem so drastic. I do see minor changes on his movement profiles (the breaking balls had a bit more horizontal movement in 2025 but very little in 2026). I am thinking he can correct this, it has to be some minor mechanical thing. However, he is a trick pitcher and I never like trying to turn those guys into actual leverage dudes. Always prefer to deploy them strategically in the middle innings... Sigh.
  9. The Paul Skenes era is over I guess That was short
  10. Yeah but it's worse than that Is he even an SP3 if he walks guys at this clip? No
  11. Trey now has a "bad" xFIP This guy has legit problems throwing strikes I'm kinda worried
  12. Tatsuya Imai handed a 9 run lead and cannot finish one inning He's such a bust
  13. Blue Jays Activate Alejandro Kirk, Designate Tyler Heineman By Connor Byrne | at June 12, 2026 2:19pm CDT To highlight a series of roster moves on Friday, the Blue Jays activated catcher Alejandro Kirk from the 60-day injured list and placed outfielder Dalton Varsho on the 10-day IL with a wrist injury, Hazel Mae of Sportsnet reports. The team also designated catcher Tyler Heineman for assignment and recalled outfielder Davis Schneider from Triple-A Buffalo. Right-handed reliever Yariel Rodriguez, who was designated for assignment on June 8, has cleared waivers.
  14. zero chance he starts okay maybe 2% chance but it would be more of a gradual increase in innings over time, in MLB, starting with bullpen work
  15. Probably yeah. There is clearly something wrong with him. Probably dead arm, pain, or the stuff is not there. By RotoWire Staff May 29, 2026 at 10:30 am ET•1 min read Add CBS Sports on Google Tiedemann (elbow) continues to throw bullpen sessions at the Blue Jays' spring training complex and is close to throwing a live batting practice session, Arden Zwelling of Sportsnet.ca reports. Tiedemann will face hitters 2-4 times before being cleared to pitch in games if all goes well. The left-hander missed all of 2025 after Tommy John surgery and was shut down during spring training due to further elbow soreness. Tiedemann is unlikely to become an option for the Blue Jays before the second half.
  16. That bullpen chart is disgusting. Max Scherzer needs to go. Had a chance to refresh the bullpen with the off day and instead the team burned through everybody other than Louis.
