Surprisingly, no. Some of the earlier sell outs did increase to stupid amounts as the game approached, but for this Yankees series a lot of the tickets in the 500 level were listing for very reasonable prices even the day before the games. Who knows what will happen.

The crappy 500s are listing for $200+ for the ALDS. At like $60 face value, do you think they'll still go up?

Now seems like a pretty good time. The cheapest tickets on stubhub are approaching 400% markup on face value... Blue Jays playoff tickets are kind of uncharted territory, but that seems like a peak price and a great way to make some $$$.

Who cares about Mahtook when Max Kepler just got called up? Now that guy is the next AJ Pollock. On a related note, why the f*** did the Twins call up Kepler but not Berrios? Would he not instantly be their best reliever? 2 games back...

Peralta has a breakout profile (young + velo + moderate success in past). I think I took him in the startup draft. He might be good again if Lucroy is healthy next year. Jonathan Lucroy framing runs, 2012-2015: +26 +32 +17 +2 (hamstring strain, then pinkeye, then broken toe, then concussion)

Not really. The velocity drop has been so precipitous that he's probably a value-less non closer in the offseason anyway, and would have been a cut for me. It was annoying that he so quickly went from elite to terrible, though. Also annoying that he blew a save that week when one Save/Hold/Win/Hit = me in finals. Also, Papelbon blew a save and Rondon got ejected in a save opp. fml TBH I'm surprised that you want to saddle yourself with Holland while in the finals.
